Internal marketing can be expressed as the creation of businessenvironment where the needs and wishes of employees are met by the business at thepoint of providing better service to employees seen as internal customer. In thiscontext, it is proposed that internal marketing ha<strong>ve</strong> positi<strong>ve</strong> correlation with jobsatisfaction, as for job satisfaction may show an increasing effect on organizationalcommitment in the long-term.Service quality which is one of the important elements that ensure patientsatisfaction depends on the attitudes and behavior of employees percei<strong>ve</strong>d as internalcustomers. It is thought that the meeting of the expectations of the employees from thebusiness environment towards their needs and wishes, may affect positi<strong>ve</strong>ly their jobsatisfaction, organizational commitment against their business and therefore theformation of customer/ patient-oriented organizational culture.The propose of this study conducted for hospital business employees operating inIsparta, is to examine the impact of internal marketing activities on job satisfaction andorganizational commitment of hospital business employees.In this context, regressionanalysis and factors analysis of the methods of statistical analysis was applied to thedata obtained by sur<strong>ve</strong>y, propound hypotheses ha<strong>ve</strong> been analysed, findings has beenevaluated.As a result of findings, career de<strong>ve</strong>lopment activities which allows employees toplan their future and activities of rewards for positi<strong>ve</strong> behavior as a result ofperformance exhibited in the business environment affect positi<strong>ve</strong>ly employees’ jobsatisfaction and organizational commitment. Howe<strong>ve</strong>r, sur<strong>ve</strong>y results show that there isno significant return within the value-added management and visioning to stay in theorganization for the employees.Keywords: Internal Marketing, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment.
