• Alia¤a Kompleksi'nde 1993 y›l›nda AYPE, YYPE, PP ve
ACN fabrikalar›nda; Yar›mca Kompleksi'nde 1995 y›l›nda
PVC, PS, KS, SBR, CBR ve BDX fabrikalar›nda yap›lan
tevsi ve rehabilitasyon çal›flmalar› sonucu kapasiteler art›r›ld›.
• TS-EN-ISO 9002 Kalite Güvence Belgesi al›nd›.
• fiirketimiz, "Esas Sermaye Sistemi"nden "Kay›tl›
Sermaye Sistemi"ne geçti. Sermayesi, Yeniden De¤erleme
De¤er Art›fl Fonu'ndan karfl›lanmak suretiyle 114 trilyon
TL art›r›larak 117 trilyon TL'ye yükseltildi.
• Klor Alkali fabrikas›nda klor üretiminin cival› cell'ler
yerine, membranl› cell'lerde yap›lmas›n› ve klor üretim
kapasitesinin 100.000 ton/y›l'a art›r›lmas›n› amaçlayan
tesis bitirilerek iflletmeye al›nd›.
• Elektrik Üretim Ünitesi’nde 20 MW'l›k kondenserli 2.
türbin 2001 y›l› içinde devreye al›nd›.
• fiirketimizin sermayesi 117.000 milyar TL'den 204.750
milyar TL'ye yükseltildi.
• Özellefltirme Yüksek Kurulu'nun (ÖYK) karar› ile Yar›mca
Kompleksi Tüprafl'a devredildi.
• YYPE fabrikas› 2. tevsi çal›flmalar› 2001 y›l›nda bitirilerek
üretim kapasitesi 66.000 ton/y›l'dan 96.000 ton/y›l'a
ç›kar›ld›.
• Y›lda 10.000 üretim art›fl› sa¤layan PVC fabrikas› 17.
reaktör ilavesi 2001 y›l› içinde tamamland›.
• Çanakkale Plastik ‹flleme Fabrikas› kapat›larak
malzemelerin Alia¤a Kompleksi'ne transferi tamamland›.
• PETK‹M's capital is raised to TL 2 trillion in 1990 and
TL 3 trillion in 1991.
• Alpet and Yarpet, PETK‹M's subsidiaries, are absorbed into
PETK‹M along with all of their assets and liabilities, on the
basis of their balance sheets as of August 31, 1990.
• PETK‹M's Headquarters and the Alia¤a Complex organizations
are merged, and the Yar›mca complex is converted into
Yar›mca Complex Management.
• As a result of expansion and rehabilitation projects, capacity
increases are achieved at the Alia¤a Complex's LDPE, HDPE,
PP and ACN plants in 1993 and at the Yar›mca Complex's
PVC, PS, CB, SBR, CBR and BDX plants in 1995.
• PETK‹M earns a TS-EN-ISO 9002 Quality Assurance Certificate.
• The Company's record keeping is converted from the Paidup
Capital System to the Authorized Capital System and
increases its capital to TL 117 trillion on the basis of TL 114
trillion transferred from the Revaluation of Fixed Assets Fund.
• Investments to replace the mercury cells used in chlorine
production with membrane cells and to increase the chlorine
production capacity of the Chlorine Alkali Plant to 100,000
tons/year are completed and production begins.
• A second 20 MW condensing-type turbo-generator goes
into operation at the Electric Power Generation Unit in 2001.
• Capital is increased from TL 117,000 billion to TL 204,750
billion.
• On the basis of the Privatization High Council's decree, the
Yar›mca Complex is sold to Tüprafl.
• The second expansion of the HDPE Plant, which increased
production capacity from 66,000 tons/year to 96,000
tons/year, is completed in 2001.
• The addition of a 17th reactor to the PVC plant is completed,
increasing production capacity by 10,000 tons/year in 2001.
• The Çanakkale Plastic Processing Plant is shut down and the
equipment from the plant is transferred to the Alia¤a complex.
