ABSTRACT<br />
The vigorous development of the network and the information technology<br />
change humanity's learning way, and e-Learning has become the current trend.By<br />
owning a license, it proves that you are the one with skills. The main purpose of this<br />
project is to establish and simulate the system of CISCO certification. In order to<br />
manage the information of examination, we use the system,called Moodle, to<br />
monitor accounts and creat web pages. This system helps students to get used to<br />
the test environment. Furthermore, questions from the Moodle do not only contain<br />
multiple-choice problems, but also the animation on graphs. Students can know<br />
their strength better and focus on improving their disadvantage by using the<br />
Moodle. Experimental questions are designed from what we have already learned,<br />
Packet Tracer, which allowes students to understand test questions clearly. Lastly,<br />
students can watch video repeatly to reach the best learning result through the uses<br />
of PowerCam software for e-learning.<br />
