ACCOMPANYING PERSONS’ PROGRAMME<br />
NOTE:<br />
Please note that weather can be unpredictable at this time of<br />
the year, please bring along a warm jacket/windbreaker, sun<br />
hat and umbrella as we need to be prepared for all types of<br />
weather.<br />
Accompanying Persons must please refer to their Accompanying<br />
persons’ letter with all the details of their tours – this can be<br />
found either in the Accompanying persons’ bags or at the<br />
Registration desk.<br />
Bags will be given to registered Accompanying persons at<br />
check in at the Accompanying Person Registration counters,<br />
please note you will only receive a bag and a gift if you have<br />
registered and paid to be an Accompanying Person.<br />
MONDAY 11TH APRIL <strong>2016</strong><br />
OPTION 1 - DAY TRIP TO DARLING<br />
Please check with Ticket Sales should you not have already purchased<br />
your tickets.<br />
We drive to Darling and enjoy an olive tasting at Darling Olives and<br />
a craft beer tasting at Darling Brewery.<br />
The tours will be followed by a late lunch at Groote Post winery.<br />

Please meet at the Coach Departure point outside the CTICC on<br />
Walter Sisulu Drive; please report to the Guide at the coach before<br />
getting onto the coach.<br />
Timing: Meet at 09h00 for 09h15 departure–return to CTICC<br />
approximately 17h30<br />
Dress code: Casual and comfortable<br />
Cost: R675.00 per person (inclusive of VAT). Lunch beverages for<br />
your own account.<br />
Note: Please bring cash for drinks at lunch<br />
OPTION 2 - BREAKFAST AND TOUR AT KIRSTENBOSCH GARDENS<br />
Please check with Ticket Sales should you not have already purchased<br />
your tickets.<br />
Enjoy a breakfast at the Tea room at Kirstenbosch in a relaxed,<br />
friendly atmosphere inspired by the gardens before enjoying a<br />
guided walking tour led by a professional guide presenting a unique<br />
tour taking in the highlights of the season (tour is approx. 1.5 hours)<br />
Please meet at the Coach Departure point outside the CTICC on<br />
Walter Sisulu Drive; please report to the Guide at the coach before<br />
getting onto the coach.<br />
Timing: Meet at 09h15 for 09h30 departure - return to CTICC<br />
approximately 13h00<br />
Dress code: Casual and comfortable walking shoes, hat, sunscreen<br />
and water<br />

TUESDAY 12 APRIL <strong>2016</strong><br />
OPTION 1 – THE FOOD BARN IN NOORDHOEK - food demonstration<br />
by famous chef Franck Dangereux including lunch.<br />
Please check with Ticket Sales should you not have already purchased<br />
your tickets.<br />
Today you can enjoy a Franck Dangereux cooking demonstration,<br />
with some wine pairing, incorporating a lunch. There will be some<br />
time for shopping and exploring in Noordhoek Village after lunch.<br />

Walter Sisulu Drive; please report to the Guide at the coach before<br />
