This exciting course offers teams to complete the chocolate truffles<br />
using a variety of textures and flavours while enjoying the company<br />
of your group. The completed truffles created will be boxed for you<br />
to take home. There will also be some time at leisure to do some<br />
shopping in the vicinity.<br />
Please meet at the Coach Departure point outside the CTICC on<br />
Walter Sisulu Drive; please report to the Guide at the coach before<br />
getting onto the coach.<br />
Timing: Meet at 07h15 for 07h30 departure – return to CTICC<br />
