PACKING OF CABLES<br />

Vodovi i kabeli pakiraju se u koture i na drvene bubnjeve.<br />

KOTURI<br />

Standardne dužine pakiranja u koture su 50 m i 100 m.<br />

Pojedinačni kotur omotan je termoskupljajućom folijom, označen etiketom, koturi su<br />

složeni na standardnu euro paletu i omotani rastezljivom folijom.Paleta je označena<br />

skupnom etiketom.<br />

DRVENI BUBNJEVI<br />

Kabeli se pakiraju na standardne drvene bubnjeve (BD) i lake drvene bubnjeve (BS).<br />

Standardni drveni bubnjevi<br />

Kabeli se namataju na drvene bubnjeve (BD) u standardnim duljinama 500 m, 1000<br />

m ili prema zahtjevu. Nazivni broj bubnja ujedno je i promjer stranice iskazan u dm.<br />

Osnovni podaci drvenih bubnjeva su u skladu s normom DIN 46391.<br />

Wires and cables are packed in coils and on wooden drums.<br />

COILS<br />

Standard coil lenghts are 50 m and 100 m.<br />

Each coil is wrapped with termoshrinking foil, labeled, coils are layed on standard<br />

euro palette and wrapped with strech foil.<br />

Palette is labeled as a group.<br />

WOODEN DRUMS<br />

Cables are packed on standard wooden drums (BD) and plywood reels (BS).<br />

Standard wooden drums<br />

Cables are wound on wooden drums (BD) in standard lengths of 500 m, 1000 m or<br />

upon request. Nominal drum number is at the same time the side diameter expressed<br />

in dm. Basic wooden drum data are in accordance with standard DIN 46391.<br />

iskazan u dm.<br />

Nosivost lakih drvenih bubnjeva je do 230 kg.<br />

Cords and cables are wound on playwood reels (BS) in standard lengths of 250 and<br />

STRUJNO OPTEREĆENJE KABELA<br />

Strujno opterećenje kabela je potrebno tako ograničiti, da se sva količina topline<br />

razvijena u <strong>vodiči</strong>ma kabela može slobodno prenijeti u okolni prostor. Odvođenje<br />

topline ovisi o unutarnjem toplinskom otporu između vodiča i vanjske površine<br />

kabela i toplinskog otpora okoline (prostora ugradbe kabela). Unutarnji toplinski<br />

otpor je određen konstrukcijom kabela i svojstvom ugrađenog materijala i praktički je<br />

nepromjenjiv za određeni tip kabela.<br />

Kod određivanja toplinskog otpora okoline, treba voditi računa o:<br />

- specifičnom otporu zemljišta<br />

- temperaturi okoline<br />

- izloženosti sunčevom svjetlu (kod polaganja u zraku)<br />

- načinu polaganja i zaštite kabela<br />

- broju paralelno položenih kabela<br />

- utjecaju ostalih instalacija (npr.: parovodi, itd.)<br />

CURRENT RATINGS OF CABLES<br />

The current load of the cables has to be limited to the extent that the whole quantity<br />

of heat generated in the conductors can be dissipated in the surrounding area. The<br />

heat dissipation depends on the inside thermal resistance between the conductor<br />

and the outside surface of the cable, and the thermal resistance of the ambient. The<br />

construction of a cable and the properties of its components decide its inside thermal<br />

resistance, which is practically unchangeable for a specific cable type. By stating the<br />

thermal resistance of the suroudings, one should calculate with:<br />

- specific soil resistivity<br />

- ambient temperature<br />

- exposure to sun (by laying in the air)<br />

- mode of laying and cable protection<br />

- number of parallelly laid cables<br />

- influence of other installations (e.g. steam pipelines, etc.)<br />

FAKTORI ZA PRERAČUNAVANJE<br />

Proračun strujnog opterećenja iz predhodnog poglavlja obavljen je u skladu s IEC<br />

60287 za 100%-tno opterećenje kabela, a na osnovi slijedećih podataka:<br />

- dubina polaganja u zemlju: 70 cm<br />

- specifični toplinski otpor zemlje: 1ºK • m/W<br />

- specifični toplinski otpor PVC izolacije i plašta: 6ºK • m/W<br />

- specifični toplinski otpor XLPE izolacije: 3,5ºK • m/W<br />

- temperatura zemlje: 20ºC<br />

- temperatura okoline (kod polaganja kabela u zraku): 30ºC<br />

Ukoliko kabel radi pri drugačijim uvjetima od prethodno navedenih, vrijednosti strujnih<br />

opterećenja iz tablica 4. - 7. potrebno je pomnožiti s faktorima korekcije danim u<br />

tablicama 8. - 13.<br />

Za točno određivanje ovih okolnosti, potrebno je duž cijele kabelske trase obaviti niz<br />

mjerenja temperature okoline (tla ili zraka) i specifičnog toplinskog otpora, najmanje<br />

jednom za svako godišnje doba.<br />

CONVERSION FACTORS<br />

The current ratings of previous section has been calculated acc. to IEC 60287 for 100%<br />

cables load on the basis of the following data:<br />

- burying depth: 70 cm<br />

- specific thermal resistivity of soil: 1ºK • m/W<br />

- specific thermal resistivity of PVC insulation and sheat: 6ºK • m/W<br />

- specific thermal resistivity of XLPE insulation: 3,5ºK • m/W<br />

- soil temperature: 20ºC<br />

- surrounding temperature (by cable laying in air): 30ºC<br />

If the cable is run under different conditions than those mentioned above, the current<br />

load values of Table 4. - 7. have to be multiplied by the correction factors stated in<br />

Tables 8. - 13.<br />

For exact defining of these circumstances, a series of ambient temperature<br />

measurements (soil and air) and specific thermal resistivity, shoud be carried out along<br />

the whole cable route, at least once in every season.<br />

DOZVOLJENE STRUJE KRATKOG SPOJA<br />

Otpornost izolacije prema visokim temperaturama, koje nastaju prilikom kratkog spoja<br />

u mreži, određena je graničnom temperaturom kratkog spoja prema kojoj se kabel<br />

mora dimenzionirati.<br />

Pri tome se <strong>vodiči</strong> ne smiju zagrijati preko dozvoljene temperature koja iznosi:<br />

-za kabele sa PVC izolacijom: 160 ºC<br />

-za kabele sa XLPE izolacijom: 250 ºC<br />

Dozvoljeno opterećenje u slučaju kratkog spoja je dodatno uvjetovano temperaturom<br />

vodiča na početku kratkog spoja i vremenom trajanja kratkog spoja. Za temperaturu<br />

vodiča na početku kratkog spoja 70 °C, a za vrijeme trajanja od 0,1 - 5 sekundi,<br />

vrijednosti struje kratkog spoja nalaze se u tablici 14. Za temperaturu vodiča na<br />

početku kratkog spoja 90 °C, a za vrijeme trajanja od 0,1 - 5 sekundi, vrijednosti struje<br />

kratkog spoja nalaze se u tablicama 15. i 16.<br />

PERMISSIBILE SHORT-CIRCUIT CURRENTS<br />

The resistance of the insulation to high temperatures that may be produced by a shortcircuit<br />

in a network, is determined by the short-circuit temperature limit, according<br />

to wich the cable has to be rated. The conductors must not be heated above the<br />

permissible temperature amouting to:<br />

- for cables with PVC insulation: 160 ºC<br />

- for cables with XLPE insulation: 250 ºC<br />

Permissible rating in case of short-circuit is additionally conditioned by the<br />

temperature of the conductor at the beginning of the short-circuit and the short-circuit<br />

duration. The values of the short-circuit current for the conductor temperature of 70<br />

ºC at the beginning of the short-circuit and the duration of 0,1 - 5 seconds, are stated<br />

in the Table 9.14. The values of the shortcircuit current for the conductor temperature<br />

of 90 ºC at the beginning of the short-circuit and the duration of 0,1 - 5 seconds, are<br />

stated in the Tables 15. and 16.<br />

OPĆI UVJETI – isporuka i plaćanje<br />

1) Općenito<br />

1.1. Opći uvjeti isporuke i plaćanja vrijede samo za pravne osobe.<br />

1.2. Opći uvjeti će se primjeniti na sve ugovore, isporuke i poslovne transakcije koje mi, Eurocable Group,<br />

dalje u tekstu E.C.G., ostvarimo s našim kupcima.<br />

1.3. E.C.G. nije obavezan prihvatiti bilo kakve uvjete koji nisu u skladu s općim uvjetima E.C.G. a koje<br />

eventualno može sastaviti neki od naših kupaca.<br />

2) Ponude, cijene<br />

2.1. Osim ako nije drugčije naglašeno E.C.G. ponude i cjenici su podložne promjeni bez upozorenja.<br />

3) Rezervacije<br />

3.1. E.C.G. preuzima obavezu rezervacije proizvoda i količina za nekog kupca samo u slučaju ako je to<br />

pismeno potvrđeno.<br />

4) Rokovi isporuke<br />

4.1. E.C.G. ima obavezu fiksnih rokova isporuke samo ako ih pismeno potvrdi.<br />

4.2. U slučaju “više sile” i/ili nemogućnosti nekog od dobavljača E.C.G. da isporuči robu u dogovorenim<br />

rokovima E.C.G. ne može preuzeti odgovornost za rokove isporuke.<br />

5) Otkaz narudžbe<br />

5.1. U slučaju da E.C.G. nije u stanju isporučiti naručene proizvode u roku od maksimalno 4 tjedna nakon<br />

isteka potvrđenog roka isporuke kupac može otkazati narudžbu.<br />

5.2. Ukoliko kupac iz bilo kojeg razloga osim onog u točki 5.1. otkaže narudžbu, E.C.G. ima pravo zaračunati<br />

troškove otkaza naružbe u maksimalnom iznosu od 100% vrijednosti naručene robe.<br />

5.3. Ukoliko kupac odgodi isporuku naručenih proizvoda E.C.G. će zaračunati troškove skladištenja u iznosu<br />

od 1% od iznosa fakture za svaki mjesec skladištenja.<br />

6) Zadržavanje vlasništva<br />

6.1. E.C.G. zadržava vlasništvo nad svim isporučenim proizvodima sve dok kupac u potpunosti ne ispuni sve<br />

obaveze koje proizillaze iz poslovnog odnosa/transakcije.<br />

7) Tolerancija naručenih/isporučenih količina<br />

7.1. E.C.G., kako je to uobičajeno u ovom poslovnom sektoru, zadržava pravo isporuke do 10% više ili manje<br />

od naručenih količina.<br />

7.2. E.C.G., kako je to uobičajeno u ovom poslovnom sektoru, zadržava pravo isporuke do 10%<br />

nestandardnih dužina/ pakiranja.<br />

8) Rokovi plaćanja<br />

8.1. E.C.G. fakture se trebaju platiti u roku naznačenom na fakturi.<br />

8.2. Rabati, skonta ili popusti mogu se realizirati samo ako su naznačeni na fakturi ili ako ih E.C.G. pismeno<br />

odobri.<br />

8.3. Ako kupac ne plati puni iznos fakture u roku koji je naznačen na fakturi, E.C.G. će zaračunati zateznu<br />

kamatu.<br />

9) Prijelaz rizika<br />

9.1. Rizik od uništenja ili nestanka robe prelazi sa E.C.G. na prijevoznika čim je roba predana prijevozniku.<br />

10) Odgovornost za štetu<br />

10.1. E.C.G. ne može biti odgovoran za bilo kakvu štetu koja nije vezana uz sam predmet isporuke tj. ne<br />

može biti odgovoran za štetu na imovini ili gubitak profita kupca.<br />

11) Reklamacije<br />

11.1. Kupac je obvezan robu temeljito pregledati prilikom prijema.<br />

11.2. Reklamaciju E.C.G. može prihvatiti samo u slučaju da nam je ista dostavljena pismeno, putem<br />

zapisnika o reklamaciji na način naveden u postupku za reklamaciju robe.<br />

Reklamacije koje nisu primljene pismenim putem, ili koje su nepotpune, neće se uvažiti.<br />

11.3. Količinsku reklamaciju primljene robe E.C.G. može prihvatiti samo u slučaju da nam je ista dostavljena<br />

najkasnije u roku od 7 dana od datuma našeg otpremnog dokumenta.<br />

11.4. Reklamaciju na kvalitetu primljene robe E.C.G. može prihvatiti samo u slučaju da je dostavljena<br />

u garantnom roku za skrivene greške na proizvodu tj. najkasnije u roku od 30 dana od datuma našeg<br />

otpremnog dokumenta.<br />

11.5. Kod reklamacija na kvalitetu kupac je dužan u što kraćem roku dostaviti uzorke na kojima je moguće<br />

potvrditi reklamirani nedostatak u kvaliteti proizvoda.<br />

11.6. Eventualne estetske nesukladnosti u boji i izgledu proizvoda koje nisu propisane standardom za<br />

pojedini proizvod i koje ne utječu na kvalitetu i tehničku ispravnost proizvoda ne mogu biti osnova za<br />

reklamaciju.<br />

11.7. E.C.G. može prihvatiti reklamaciju samo u slučaju da je roba bila skladištena u skladu sa propisanim<br />

uvjetima skladištenja tj. na suhom i za to predviđenom prostoru pri čemu postoji zaštitita od vanjskih<br />

utjecaja (vode, vlage, prašine, ekstremno visoke ili niske temperature kao i direktnog utjecaja sunca) koji<br />

direktno ili indirektno negativno utječu na izgled i kakvoću proizvoda.<br />

11.8. Temeljem zapisnika o reklamaciji pokreće se postupak obrade reklamacije kojim se u suradnji sa<br />

kupcem ocjenjuje opravdanost iste. Završetak obrade reklamacije prati zapisnik o načinu rješavanja<br />

reklamacije potpisan od obje strane.<br />

11.9. Povrat robe moguć je samo uz pismenu suglasnost o opravdanosti reklamacije gdje se kao način<br />

rješavanja navodi povrat proizvoda.<br />

a) Obvezno je navođenje slijedećih podataka :<br />

1. Broj i datum našeg otpremnog dokumenta<br />

2. Šifra, bar-code, naziv i ukupna količina reklamirane robe<br />

3. Identifikacijski broj ambalaže<br />

- za robu pakiranu u koture treba navesti brojeve pod rubrikom DP i PT koji su otisnuti na označnoj etiketi<br />

kotura i palete<br />

- za robu pakiranu na drvene bubnjeve treba navesti tip i broj bubnja, količinu na bubnju te broj pod<br />

rubrikom DP i PT koji je otisnuti na označnoj etiketi bubnja<br />

4. Razlog reklamacije (opis greške)<br />

Bez potpunog navođenja podataka pod brojem 1-4 nismo u mogućnosti pristupiti postupku obrade<br />

reklamacije.<br />

b) dostava uzoraka reklamirane robe :<br />

Kod reklamacija na kvalitetu obavezno je u najkraćem mogućem roku dostaviti uzorke na kojima je moguće<br />

potvrditi nedostatak u kvaliteti proizvoda.<br />

U cilju što brže obrade reklamacije molimo da nam takav uzorak dostavite odmah uz zapisnik o reklamaciji.<br />

12) Povjerljivost<br />

12.1 Sve informacije poslovnog karaktera koje se prenose između E.C.G. i naših partnera su strogo<br />

povjerljive.<br />

GENERAL CONDITIONS – Delivery & Payment<br />

1) General<br />

1.1 The following General Conditions of delivery and payment are applicable to companies, recognized<br />

traders and merchants only.<br />

1.2 General conditions shall be applied to all agreements, deliveries and business transactions conducted<br />

by us, Eurocable Group, hereinafter referred to as E.C.G., with our clients.<br />

1.3 E.C.G is not obliged to accept any terms or conditions possibly set out by some of our clients, which are<br />

not in accordance with the general conditions of E.C.G.<br />

2) Bids, prices<br />

2.1 Unless otherwise specified, E.C.G. bids and prices are subject to change without prior notice.<br />

3) Reservation of products<br />

3.1 E.C.G. accepts the liability of products’ reservation for its customers only in case of a written notice.<br />

4) Delivery deadlines<br />

4.1 E.C.G. conducts fixed date business transactions if these have been confirmed in writing beforehand.<br />

4.2 In case of the Force Majeure and/or inability of certain E.C.G.’s suppliers to deliver the goods in fixed<br />

terms, E.C.G is unable to take responsibility for delivery dates.<br />

5) Cancellation of an order<br />

5.1 In the event of E.C.G.’s inability to deliver ordered goods by the maximum deadline of 4 weeks after the<br />

expiry of the confirmed delivery date, the Purchaser may cancel its order.<br />

5.2 If the Purchaser should cancel its order for any reason except the one stated in the Article 5.1 E.C.G. is<br />

entitled to charge cancellation costs in the maximum amount of 100% of the ordered goods value.<br />

5.3 If the Purchaser should postpone the delivery of ordered goods, E.C.G. shall charge the storage<br />

expenses in the amount of 1% of the invoice amount for each storage month.<br />

6) Retention of ownership<br />

6.1 E.C.G. shall retain ownership of all delivered goods until all rightful demands deriving from the<br />

business relationships/transactions with the Purchaser have been settled in full.<br />

7) Tolerance of ordered/delivered quantities<br />

7.1 E.C.G., as usual in this business sector, retains the right to deliver up to 10 % more or less than ordered<br />

quantities.<br />

7.2 E.C.G., as usual in this business sector, retains the right to deliver up to 10 % of nonstandard lenght<br />

packings.<br />

8) Terms of Payment<br />

8.1 Invoices issued by E.C.G. are to be paid by the date stated on the invoice.<br />

8.2 Rebates, discounts or allowances can be obtained only if they are indicated on the invoice or if they are<br />

approved by E.C.G. in writing.<br />

8.3 If the Purchaser does not pay the complete amount of the invoice by the deadline indicated on the<br />

invoice, E.C.G. shall charge overdue interest.<br />

9) Passage of Risk<br />

9.1 The risk of accidental destruction or loss passes from E.C.G as soon as the goods have been handed over<br />

to the person(s) entrusted with the transport.<br />

10) Liability for Damages<br />

10.1 E.C.G. cannot be held liable for any damage that does not occur to the object of delivery itself, i.e.<br />

E.C.G. cannot be held liable for damages of Purchaser’s assets or its profit loss.<br />

11) Claims and Complaints<br />

11.1 The Purchaser is obliged to check thoroughly the goods when delivered.<br />

11.2 E.C.G can accept the Claim only when delivered by mail, by Claim records as described in the Claim of<br />

Goods Procedure.<br />

The claims which were not delivered in written form or which are incomplete shall not be accepted.<br />

11.3 Claim for quantity of delivered goods shall be accepted by E.C.G. only in case of its delivery at latest<br />

seven days from the date of our shipping document.<br />

11.4 Claim for quality of delivered goods shall be accepted by E.C.G. only in case of its delivery at latest 30<br />

days from the date of our shipping document, i.e. in the guarantee period for hidden defects.<br />

11.5 In case of the quality Claims, the Purchaser is obliged to deliver samples of the claimed product as<br />

soon as possible, in order to establish and confirm quality deficiencies of the claimed product.<br />

11.6 Potential aesthetic incongruences, that are not defined by standard for certain products and do not<br />

affect the quality and technical effectivity of a product, can not be a reason for Claim.<br />

11.7 E.C.G shall accept Claims only in the case of the proper storage of goods according to the prescribed<br />

storage conditions, i.e. in a dry and appropriate place where products are protected from outdoor<br />

conditions (water, humidity, dust, extremely high or low temperatures as well as the direct sunlight) that<br />

are directly or indirectly influencing the quality of the products in a negative way.<br />

11.8 The Claims and Complaints procedure shall be initiated and agreed upon with the Purchaser in<br />

accordance with the Claim and Complaints records. Records of the Claims and Complaints settlement<br />

signed by both parties follow the Claims and Complaints procedure.<br />

11.9 The return of goods is realizable only with written consent justifying the Claim and suggesting the<br />

return of goods as the way of settlement.<br />

a) It is obligatory to state the following data:<br />

1. Number and date of our shipping document.<br />

2. Code, bar-code, name and the total quantity of the claimed goods<br />

3. Packing material’s identification number<br />

-for goods packed in coils, numbers which are printed on the label of the coil and the pallet under section<br />

DP and PT<br />

-for goods packed on drums, the type and number of a drum are to be stated, the quantity on the drum, as<br />

well as the number under section DP and PT, which is printed on the label of the drum.<br />

4. The reason for Claim (description of the defect)<br />

In case of incomplete data under Articles 1-4, we are not able to initiate and conduct the Claims procedure.<br />

Following the Claims and Complaints procedure<br />

b) The delivery of claimed goods’ samples:<br />

In case of the quality Claims, the Purchaser is obliged to deliver samples of the claimed product as soon as<br />

possible, in order to establish quality deficiencies of the claimed product.<br />

In order to accelerate the Claims and Complaints procedure, we kindly ask you to deliver samples of the<br />

claimed product with the Claims and Complaints records.<br />

12) Confidentiality<br />

12.1 All terms and conditions as well as the future information of commercial nature passing between the<br />

E.C.G. and our clients are strictly confidential.<br />
