Education and Training We consider both personal and occupational improvement of our employees to be of great importance. We therefore provide in-house and external training for self-improvement of our employee on all occasions, to raise their motivation and to make them competent and well informed in operational tasks. Every employee of our company is scrupulously given basic Occupational Health and Safety training. In addition to this, every employee of our company gets training based on his/her field of competency and position; such as Environmental Awareness, State of Emergency Management Planning, Process Improvement, Quality and Working at Height Raising Awareness training. G4-LA9 Training fees, travelling and accommodation expenses if the training is outside the city, is paid by İNTERKAP A.S. for our employees who join the training. Staff participating in the training enjoy paid leave during training. Our employees received 1888 hours of training in total, throughout 2015.
