Intracellular protein degradation 44 การสลายโปรตีนในเซลล์ มีวิธีทีสําคัญ 2 วิธี คือ Ubiquitin-ATP dependent pathway Lysosome degradation
Ubiquitin-ATP dependent pathway 45 ทําหน ้ าทีสลายโปรตีนทีผิดปกติ หรือหมดอายุการใช ้ งาน เช่น regulatory protein และ protein ทีเกียวข ้ องกับการแบ่งตัว ของเซลล์ Ubiquitin จะจับกับ NH3 + group ของ lysine ของโปรตีน ต ้ องการสลาย โดยอาศัย E 1 , E 2 และ E 3 จากนัน protease complex จะสลายโปรตีนและปล่อย ubiquitin ออกไปใช ้ ได ้ ใหม่
