This magazine is recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science, the Academic Degrees Evaluation Committee and has an ISSN international registration code in France. The magazine is published in Albanian and English language and contains a package of scientific, informative articles and analysis.

This situation, on the boundary between<br />
the expanding city’s chaos at north of the<br />
site and the park at south, gives rise to both<br />
buildings and their double identity: close<br />
and withdrawn faces, white and tilted surfaces<br />
with protected bowindows at north and<br />
a continuous, vibrant and opened brise-soleil<br />
to the south in front of the Urban Park..<br />

The area where these plots are placed, in<br />
the south-east area of Tirana, is a residential<br />
district characterized by a high quality level<br />
and the presence of an Urban Park, a really<br />
rare condition in the City where public spaces<br />
are not widespread.<br />
