1.- INTRODUCTION.
SIECSA, construction and services, S.A. was founded in 1976 in Torrelavega (Cantabria), Spain.
Today SIECSA, construction and services, S.A. belongs to the SIECSA group, which includes other
companies operating in various sectors such as tourism, hospitality, auxiliary construction,
leisure, etc. The constant evolution over the years, we currently located in the leadership of the

2.- MANAGEMENT AND QUALIFICATION SYSTEMS.
SIECSA, construction and services, S.A. considers as part of its corporate policy of quality
assurance, security in the execution of their work and respect for the environment in which
business operates. With this defined policy, keeps established and updated an integrated
system (GIS) of quality management, environment and occupational risk prevention, having
obtained the certification of conformity with respect to the standards UNE‐EN ISO
9001/2008, UNE‐EN ISO 14001/2004 and OHSAS 18001/2007, by the Spanish Association for
standardisation and certification (AENOR), thus becoming the first company in the region to
obtain such accreditation.

SIECSA, construction and services, S.A. is certified in the official record of tenderers and State
enterprises classified as company contractor of works. This record approves the capacity bid
official artworks of all disciplines and economic amount according to the accreditation to the
Ministry of Finance of such works. The strict control of the Ministry ensures that the obtained
classifications correspond to the capabilities of the company. Our rating is among the top 40 of
all the companies in the State, and can perform almost any kind of work.
