Laura Souza of G Girl Productions does<br />

it again! She knows how to put on a Charity<br />

Dog Show. The event was held at the<br />

beautiful Abacoa Golf & Country Club in<br />

Jupiter, FL. There were approximately 50<br />

Masters and their dogs dressed in theme<br />

all looking fantastic. A contest was held<br />

for the best costume. This event raised<br />

funds for a worthy cause.<br />

Bethesda Hospital<br />

Foundation – Women of<br />

Grace<br />

The Women of Grace luncheon is to be<br />

held at the Mar-A-Lago on November 10,<br />

<strong>2016</strong> as one of the biggest fundraisers of<br />

the year for the Bethesda Hospital Foundation.<br />

About 500 people attend and the<br />

money raised goes to support Bethesda<br />

Hospital’s Center for Women and Children.<br />

The luncheon, which honors six local<br />

women for their incredible contributions<br />

to our community, has raised nearly<br />

$2 million through the years and has<br />

helped the Center create a state-of-the-art<br />

maternity birthing care center, provided<br />

specialists to help with high-risk pregnancies,<br />

and more.<br />

1. Jessica Kian: from Dreyfoos School of<br />

the Arts student (visual arts major).<br />

2. Valerie Mathieu - Founder of “Caps of<br />

Love”<br />

3. Michelle Suskauer - Prominent, nationally-known<br />

4. Betti Lidsky - Founder and chairwoman<br />

of “Hope for Vision”<br />

5. Diane Wilde - Founder of “Dress for<br />

Success” of the Palm Beaches.<br />

6. Nancy Dockerty - President of the<br />

Board of Directors for the Delray Public<br />

Library.<br />

Kiwanis Club of Delray Beach hosted the<br />

Grand Opening of the Reading Oasis at Orchard<br />

View Elementary.<br />
