1.5 Гарант<strong>и</strong>йные обязатель<strong>с</strong>тва<br />
Агрегаты по<strong>с</strong>тавляют<strong>с</strong>я полно<strong>с</strong>тью <strong>с</strong>обранным<strong>и</strong>, <strong>и</strong><strong>с</strong>пытанным<strong>и</strong><br />
<strong>и</strong> готовым<strong>и</strong> к эк<strong>с</strong>плуатац<strong>и</strong><strong>и</strong>. Е<strong>с</strong>л<strong>и</strong> агрегаты<br />
подвергал<strong>и</strong><strong>с</strong>ь мод<strong>и</strong>ф<strong>и</strong>кац<strong>и</strong><strong>и</strong> без предвар<strong>и</strong>тельного<br />
п<strong>и</strong><strong>с</strong>ьменного <strong>с</strong>огла<strong>с</strong><strong>и</strong>я ф<strong>и</strong>рмы Wesper , то в<strong>с</strong>е гарант<strong>и</strong>йные<br />
обязатель<strong>с</strong>тва теряют <strong>с</strong><strong>и</strong>лу,<br />
Гарант<strong>и</strong>йные обязатель<strong>с</strong>тва дей<strong>с</strong>тв<strong>и</strong>тельны пр<strong>и</strong> у<strong>с</strong>лов<strong>и</strong><strong>и</strong><br />
выполнен<strong>и</strong>я требован<strong>и</strong>й <strong>с</strong>тандартов на проведен<strong>и</strong>е монтажных<br />
работ (как <strong>с</strong>тандартов, у<strong>с</strong>тановленных ф<strong>и</strong>рмой<br />
Wesper , так <strong>и</strong> дей<strong>с</strong>твующ<strong>и</strong>х общепр<strong>и</strong>нятых <strong>с</strong>тандартов).<br />
Кроме того, должна быть заполнена <strong>и</strong> вы<strong>с</strong>лана в адре<strong>с</strong><br />
отдела по<strong>с</strong>лепродажного об<strong>с</strong>луж<strong>и</strong>ван<strong>и</strong>я ф<strong>и</strong>рмы Wesper<br />
форма «1st Start-Up Form» («Акт о проведен<strong>и</strong><strong>и</strong> пу<strong>с</strong>коналадочных<br />
работ»).<br />
Гарант<strong>и</strong>я дей<strong>с</strong>тв<strong>и</strong>тельна только пр<strong>и</strong> выполнен<strong>и</strong><strong>и</strong> <strong>с</strong>ледующ<strong>и</strong>х<br />
требован<strong>и</strong>й:<br />
Пу<strong>с</strong>к агрегата о<strong>с</strong>уще<strong>с</strong>твлен пер<strong>с</strong>оналом <strong>с</strong>ерв<strong>и</strong><strong>с</strong>ного<br />
центра ф<strong>и</strong>рмы Wesper .<br />
Техн<strong>и</strong>че<strong>с</strong>кое об<strong>с</strong>луж<strong>и</strong>ван<strong>и</strong>е агрегата о<strong>с</strong>уще<strong>с</strong>твляло<strong>с</strong>ь<br />
только квал<strong>и</strong>ф<strong>и</strong>ц<strong>и</strong>рованным<strong>и</strong> <strong>с</strong>пец<strong>и</strong>ал<strong>и</strong><strong>с</strong>там<strong>и</strong>.<br />
И<strong>с</strong>пользовал<strong>и</strong><strong>с</strong>ь только запа<strong>с</strong>ные ча<strong>с</strong>т<strong>и</strong>, выпу<strong>с</strong>каемые<br />

пр<strong>и</strong>надлежно<strong>с</strong>ть), по<strong>с</strong>тавляет<strong>с</strong>я<br />
<strong>с</strong> у<strong>с</strong>тановленным ф<strong>и</strong>льтром (е<strong>с</strong>л<strong>и</strong> ф<strong>и</strong>льтр<br />
включен в <strong>с</strong>тандартный комплект по<strong>с</strong>тавк<strong>и</strong><br />
данной модел<strong>и</strong>).<br />
Не<strong>с</strong>облюден<strong>и</strong>е любого <strong>и</strong>з вышепереч<strong>и</strong><strong>с</strong>ленных требован<strong>и</strong>й<br />
