Stabilisert råolje og våtgasskomponenter

Norsk eksport av råolje i rørledninger fra Ekofisk til
Teesside tok til i oktober 1975, og fra Murchison til
Sullom Voe i oktober 1980. Separasjons- og fraksjoneringsanleggene
i Teesside kom i drift i mars 1979. Råoljen
fra Murchison-feltet ble behandlet i tilsvarende anlegg
i Sullom Voe fra mai 1982. Fra Teesside og Sullom
Voe blir den stabiliserte råoljen skipet til forskjellige
land. Det samme gjelder gassene fra fraksjoneringsprosessen
(etan, propan og butaner).
I norsk statistikk er all råolje fra Ekofisk til Teesside og
norsk andel av olje fra Murchison til Sullom Voe registrert
som eksport til Storbritannia. En del av denne
oljen og gassen går etter bearbeiding ved de britiske
anleggene til Norge og blir tatt med i statistikken som
import fra Storbritannia. Tabellverket i NOS Utenrikshandel
inneholder således ikke produkter som går fra
disse anlegg til andre land, men bare summen av ustabilisert
råolje fra Ekofisk og Murchison og skipslaster
direkte fra oljefeltene eller fra norske terminaler. Tabellene
4 og 5 i dette vedlegget gir en oversikt over hvordan
alle leveransene av stabilisert råolje og våtgass fordeler
seg på sist kjente mottakerland. Tabell 6 viser
summen av alle skipninger til utlandet av norskeid olje,
både direkte fra oljefelter og fra terminaler i Norge og
Storbritannia. Denne oversikten er bare tilgjengelig fra
1985. Tabellene bygger på oppgaver fra Oljedirektoratet.
Et vedlegg bakerst i publikasjonen Månedsstatistikk
over utenrikshandelen inneholder oversikter over eksporten
av råolje og naturgass fra den norske kontinentalsokkelen.

Exports of crude oil by pipeline from the Ekofisk field to
Teesside started in October 1975 and from the Murchison
field to Sullom Voe in October 1980. The separation
and fractionation plant in Teesside has been in operation
since March 1979. A similar treatment of crude
oil from the Murchison field took place in Sullom Voe
from May 1982. From Teesside and Sullom Voe the
stabilised crude oil is shipped to various countries. The
same is true for the gases from the fractionation process
(ethane, propane and butanes).
In Norwegian statistics all crude oil delivered from the
Ekofisk field to Teesside, also the Norwegian share of
the oil taken from the Murchison field into Sullom Voe,
is recorded as exports to the United Kingdom. After
being treated at the separation and fractionation plant
parts of the crude oil and the gases are shipped to
Norway and included in the statistics as imports from
the United Kingdom. From this principle of recording, it
follows that shipments of the products from these
plants to other countries are excluded from tables in
NOS External Trade. Only the total of unstabilised
crude oil from Ekofisk and Murchison and shipments
directly from the oil fields or from Norwegian terminals
are included in the export statistics. However, tables 4
and 5 in the present annex 4 give information about the
last known countries which are receiving the products.
Further, table 6 shows the total of all shipments to
other countries of Norwegian owned crude oil, both
directly from oil fields and from terminals in Norway
and the United Kingdom. These data are available as
from 1985 only. The figures are based on reports from
the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate.
An annex in Monthly Bulletin of External Trade comprise
surveys of exports of crude oil and natural gas
from the Norwegian continental shelf.
