<strong>Lilla</strong> Edet<br />
- nära till allt<br />
<strong>Lilla</strong> Edet ligger centralt med 45 minuter<br />
bilresa till Göteborg, en kvart till Trollhättan<br />
och en timma med flyg från Trollhättans<br />
flygplats till Stockholm. Det finns gott om<br />
sjöar i <strong>kommun</strong>en men det är också endast<br />
ett par mil till västkustens salta hav och<br />
klippor. En ombyggnad av E45 till fyra filer<br />
och dubbelspårig järnväg mellan Trollhättan<br />
och Göteborg pågår och stå klar i december<br />
2012.<br />
Idag bor det ca 13 000 personer i <strong>Lilla</strong><br />
<strong>Edets</strong> <strong>kommun</strong>. <strong>Lilla</strong> Edet är centralort men<br />
det finns fler trivsamma tätorter: Göta,<br />
Lödöse, Hjärtum, Nygård, Prässebo och<br />
Västerlanda.<br />

<strong>Lilla</strong> Edet is centrally located within a fortyfive<br />
minutes drive to Gothenburg, a fifteen<br />
minute drive to Trollhättan and one hour by<br />
air from Trollhättan airport to Stockholm.<br />
There are plenty of lakes in the municipality<br />
but it is also only a few miles to the cliffs<br />
and seascapes of the west coast. An<br />
extension of the E45 highway to a four lane<br />
motorway is in progress, as is the double<br />
track extension of the railway between<br />
Trollhättan and Gothenburg. Both projects<br />
will be completed by December 2012.<br />
At present there are about 13 000 people<br />
who live in the <strong>Lilla</strong> Edet municipality. <strong>Lilla</strong><br />
Edet is the regional center, but there are<br />
several other villages in the area: Göta,<br />
Lödöse, Hjärtum, Nygård, Prässebo and<br />
Västerlanda.<br />

<strong>Lilla</strong> Edet liegt nur fünfundvierzig<br />
Autominuten von Göteborg und eine<br />
Viertelstunde von Trollhättan entfernt – und<br />
die Flugzeit vom Flughafen Trollhättan nach<br />
Stockholm beträgt lediglich eine Stunde. Die<br />
Kommune kann mit einer Vielzahl von Seen<br />
aufwarten, und auch die nahe Westküste<br />
lockt mit badefreundlichen Felsen und<br />
Stränden. Derzeit wird die Fernstraße E45<br />
vierspurig und die Bahnverbindung zwischen<br />
Trollhättan und Göteborg zweigleisig<br />
ausgebaut. Beides wird voraussichtlich im<br />
Dezember 2012 fertig gestellt sein.<br />
Heute hat die Kommune <strong>Lilla</strong> Edet etwa<br />
13 000 Einwohner. <strong>Lilla</strong> Edet ist der<br />
Zentralort, hinzu kommen mehrere<br />
gemütliche Ortschaften: Göta, Lödöse,<br />
Hjärtum, Nygård, Prässebo und Västerlanda.<br />
