Tension springs ex stock<br />
Description<br />
All stock tension springs are right wound and manufactured in accordance with DIN 2097 Grade 2.<br />
The design is in accordance with DIN 2089 Part 2. All tension springs are stress-relief annealed af ter the<br />
coiling and looping process. The loop type is full German in accordance with DIN 2097 Figure 3. The loop position<br />
is optionally 180° or 270°. The loops are closed. The specified forces and spring deflections apply only in st atic or<br />
quasi-static conditions.<br />
Manufacturing compensation<br />
Outer diameter De, length Lo and maximum load Fn are tolerated by our st andard springs. In order to be<br />
able to meet these tolerances, we reserve the right to compensate using d (wire thickness) or Fo (initial tension).<br />
Material<br />
The springs are manufactured using patented drawn spring steel wire EN 10270-1-SH / DH. S pring steel<br />
EN 10270-3-1.4310 is used for the rust-proof version. The tolerances for wire diameter deviation are in<br />
accordance with DIN 2076.<br />
Surface<br />
Springs made from steel wire in accordance with EN 10270-1-SH/DH are lightly oiled af ter stress-relief<br />
tempering. Springs made from rust-proof steel EN 10270-3-1.4310 are cleaned before stress-relief tempering.<br />
Surface finishing<br />
All items are available on request with the following surface coatings:<br />
zinc-plated, nickel-plated, tin-plated, silver-plated, gold-plated, gliss-coat, plastic, Delt atone, Deltaseal,<br />
Deltamagni and other common surface finishes.<br />
Shot blasting<br />
To achieve higher durability, we can also offer our standard springs in blasted versions. We use two<br />
separate blasting shots: steel shots for spring steel in accordance with EN 10270-1-SH/DH; and rust-proof shot s<br />
or glass beads for rust-proof spring steel in accordance with EN 10270-3-1.4310.<br />
Packaging<br />
To facilitate easy handling and processing and to provide protection against damage and soiling, we can<br />
provide the following packaging:<br />
Non-returnable packaging<br />
Plastic bag with counted quantity for easy removal<br />
Fixed to adhesive strips for easy removal<br />
Returnable packaging<br />
Plastic tube suitable for automatic feeding<br />
Honeycomb packaging for easy removal, suitable for protection against damage and soiling<br />
Plastic partition box with cover, suitable for automatic removal, protection against damage and soiling
