Description
All stock tool springs are manufactured from high quality chrome vanadium steel in accordance with ISO 10243.
Heavy-duty tool springs are mostly used in tool, equipment and machine construction.
Technical data
To avoid shock loads, the springs should not be fitted without pre-load.
Guide equipment is required to avoid transversal movement.
You can extend the service life of the springs by using a large number of springs and ensuring that the specified
deflections and forces are not exceeded.
Maximum working temperature is 200°C.
Loads
The tool springs are sorted by colour for dif ferent load types.
Brown or green = Light loads
Blue = Medium loads
Red = Heavy loads
Yellow = Extremely heavy loads
