BUZDOLAPLARI Tip: HO 600, HO 700 HO 1300, HO 1500 1. AMAÇ VE KULLANIM Bu buzdolaplari restaurant, pub, bar, market, mutfak... için tasarlanmistir. Et, et sarküteri , içecek, sebze, pasta ve diger market ürünlerinin muhafazasi için kullanilir. 2. TANIM The refrigerator consists of a casing and superstructure. The casing is made of an inner coat which is made from a stainless steel, and an outer coat which can be made from the stainless steel or is white-lacquered with a polyurethanic insulation in between. The door is made of the same material as the inner and outer coat, but it can also be made of glass. In that case the door is made of aluminium and thermoinsulated glass. PVC with a magnetic insertion ensures excellent tightening of the door. The door can be locked by means of a lock which is built into the facade. When the door of the refrigerator opens, the refrigerator light switches on. This is not the case with glass-door refrigerators where the light is switched on automatically with a special switch. Inside the refrigerator there are movable bars placed at different levels. Additional equipment is a hook for hanging meat which is installed on a pipe made from stainless steel. This pipe is installed in such a way that the furrow on the pipe corresponds to the bar foundation. The superstructure has a cooling unit built in. It is screwed onto the refrigerator and can therefore be taken off. There is cooling equipment in the front and a evaporator with a ventilator in the back. The latter is isolated from the surroundings with a special casing. The ventilator sucks the air for the refrigerator through an opening in the top and then blows the cooled air back into the refrigerator from the back. If the door is opened, the ventilator stops immediately. In front of the cooling unit there is a facade with electronic regulator, which regulates operating of the freezer cabinet. It also shows the temperature in the refrigerator and other elements of functioning. With the regulator we can set the temperature in the cabinet. In the instance where there is a glass-door refrigerator, there is a light switch on the facade also. 3. INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION 3.1. Removal of Packing Wooden support should be removed when unscrew 4 screws which fix the suport on the cabinet. Stainless steel cabinets are PVC coated and this coat should be removed before installation. Don′t use sharp tools for removing the coat because of demaging the stainless steel. 2
3.2. Location of Cabinet The place where the refrigerator is installed should not be humid nor near hot places such as stoves, radiators, heaters... The cabinet should not be exposed to direct sunlight ( ultraviolet rays damage white-lacquered surface).The refrigerators must stand in a horizontal position which can be achieved by installing legs. The place where refrigerator cabinet is installed should be adequately ventilated or air-conditioned. Ceilling of the room should be at least 40 cm higher than the cabinet. If the plug or the cable cord is damaged, replace the complete cord or the plug and use original spare part supplied by the manufacturer or authorised service centre. Connect the cabinet to a line voltage of 230V, 50Hz using a wall socket earthed according to applicable standards. The allowed voltage variation is ±10%. Higher voltage variations will have a negative effect on the cabinet's electric equipment, preventing its proper fuctioning and reducing the service life of the refrigerator. The wall socket, into which the plug is connected, shall be on such location as to provide free access. 4. CALISMA Eger dolap dikey durumdan farkli bir sekilde tasinmissa , daha sonra yerlestireceginiz yere dikey olarak koyup devreye almadan önce en az 4 saat bekediginden emin olun . 4.1. Devreye alma Dolabin elektrik baglantisini yaptiktan sonra göstergede OFF sinyali belirir ve 10 no.lu sinyal lambasi yanar. 4 no.lu ON/OFF butonuna basin - ve göstergede buzdolabi isisi belirir- buzdolabi normal sogutma fazindadir, 10 no.lu gösterge lambasi söner. Buzdolabindaki kompresör devreye girdikten sadece 3 dakika sonra çalismaya baslar. 3
