1. Allgemeines:
Das Anfahrsieb schützt nachgeschaltete Anlagenteile
in der kritischen Anfahr-Phase vor Verschmutzungen
wie Schweißperlen, Zunder,
Walzhautteilen, Dichtungsresten, Schmierfett,
etc. Das Anfahrsieb kann nach der Anfahr-Phase,
z.B. bei der ersten Revision, entfernt werden.
2. Filteraufbau:
Sowohl das Lochblech des Stützkorbes als auch
das Edelstahldrahtgewebe sind so dimensioniert,
dass deren freie Fläche der Fläche der
Nennweite entspricht. Alle Stahlteile werden
nach dem Zusammenbau verzinkt.
3. Filterfeinheit:
Die Maschenweite des Edelstahlgewebes beträgt
0,25 mm im Standardfall. Sonderausführungen
sind möglich.

Andere Ausführungen und Druckstufen auf
Anfrage.
5. Einbau: Beispiel
Das Anfahrsieb ist von beiden Seiten anströmbar.
Aus statischen Gründen ist die Strömungsrichtung
wie angegeben zu empfehlen.

Drahtgewebe aus Edelstahl 1.4301
Maschenweite: 0,25 mm
Draht Ø: 0,16 mm
Stützkorb aus St 1203
Quadratlochung in diagonalversetzten Reihen,
Teilung 8 mm, Lochweite 5 mm

1. General
The start-up strainer is designed to protect the
downstream arranged components of the plant,
during the critical start-up phase, against
contamination such as weld spatter, scale,
rolling scale particles, seal abrasion, lubricant,
etc. The start-up strainer can be removed even
after the start-up phase, e.g. during the first
inspection.
2. Construction of the Filter
The perforated steel sheet of the supporting
basket as well as the stainless steel mesh are
proportioned in a way as to allow that its free
surface is corresponding to the face of the nominal
size. All steel parts will get a zinccoating
after assembling.
3. Filtration fineness
The mesh of the stainless steel wire is 0,25 mm
standard. Special construction on request.

Flow to the strainer can be provided from either
side optionally. For static reason the sense of
flow is recommended as indicated.
