m a r t a d a l t o n is a 6 th Generation Coffee farmer. She is the founder of<br />
Coffee Bird Limited, a specialty coffee intermediary between farmers<br />
and roasters, run with her mother. She is most excited about sustainable<br />
coffee farming and improving the traditional supply chain. She<br />
is following the footsteps of a solid 148+ year coffee farming heritage,<br />
which began in 1864 when her great-great-great grandfather first started<br />
growing coffee in Antigua, Guatemala. Her love for coffee comes<br />
out of great admiration of her grandmother, a prominent coffee producer<br />
in El Salvador before the Civil War.<br />
