Export declaration (EX1)<br />
Single administrative document (EU) for the customs clearance of goods pursuant to the<br />
applicable legal regulations. SENATOR will gladly prepare this document for its clients.<br />
Letter of Credit-Copy (L/C)<br />
In the event you are selling by Letter of Credit, so you can prepare your transport documents<br />
in compliance with the terms of a letter of credit.<br />
Export Permit/License<br />
If required. (Feel free to ask us whether you need one)<br />
Wooden Packing Declaration<br />
Many countries require wooden packing (pallets, crates, boxes) for imports, which must<br />
meet the ISPM-Nr.15-standard for wooden packing. This standard is mandatory and must be<br />
verifiable. Your local SENATOR-office branch will gladly inform you regarding all applicable<br />
regulations.<br />
Non-Wooden Packing Declaration<br />
In the event your goods are not being transported in wooden packing, it is sufficient to state<br />
this in your Commercial or Pro-forma invoice.<br />
Other documents<br />
Give us a call, and we will inform you whether any other documents are required, such as when<br />
dealing with hazardous goods or other types of goods that require special documentation.<br />
