THE BORDERS LODGE<br />
The Borders Lodge is an elegant property located above<br />
the village on a hillside in Beaver Creek, offering ski-in/<br />
ski-out convenience and the quiet and comfort of a<br />
private residence with the service of a fine hotel. The<br />
Borders Lodge features deluxe studio and 1-4 bedroom<br />
condominiums, fireplace, balcony and beautiful<br />

The Kiva is located in upper Beaver Creek and features<br />
its own skiway just steps from the end of the building<br />
that provides easy ski-in, ski-out access. Privately<br />
tucked away in the Highlands area, giving the feeling<br />
of being away from everything and close to the action<br />
at the same time. The 2 & 3 bedroom residences are<br />
spacious, with large bedrooms and en suite bathrooms.<br />
Some have a loft for additional sleeping space, and<br />
