What wonderfulfilms can be made during such a weekend can be seen at http://www.kaliber35.de/2011/kurz-knapp.htmlwhere all the entries into last year’s competition are exhibited.For those interested in taking part in 2012, here come the hard facts:SHORTThe films which are produced here will have to be short – exactly 3 minutes and 50 seconds (or up to 35per cent shorter or longer)TIGHTThere won’t be a lot of time available. The competition starts on Friday, June 22nd 2012 at 11pm at theCity Kinos. The film teams are given obligatory elements which have to be part of the film. Thus wemake sure that film teams do not use pre-produced material. Exactly 35 hours later, the film teams haveto hand in their productions at the theatre, where all films produced will be screened to the audience onthe same (Sunday) evening at 9pm, when the film teams will be presented and the best films will beawarded.KINOIn this special case, it means the City Kinos on Sonnenstraße in Munich. But in the same time, the wholeinternational movement which makes films within a certain time in so called ‘Cabarets’ calls itselfaccording to the German word ‘Kino’.SPORTS
