Kundenspezifi sche AC/DC-Kondensatoren im prismatischen Gehäuse<br />
The <strong>capacitors</strong> of our E59 range are designed and manufactured to specifi cations<br />
of our customers. Thanks to our modern know-how and sophisticated<br />
manufacturing technologies, these <strong>capacitors</strong> can be made with outstanding<br />
features such as very low self-inductance, surge current capability of up to<br />
700kA, and operating currents of up to 750A rms.<br />
Special terminals allow <strong>for</strong> additional reduction of the self-inductance. The<br />
capacitance of our E59 <strong>capacitors</strong> remains nearly constant even at high operating<br />
temperatures, and after an increased number of self-healing dielectric<br />
breakdowns.<br />
The <strong>capacitors</strong> are housed in aluminium or steel cases and fi lled with solid<br />
resin which makes them absolutely dry and leakage-proof.<br />
A pressure switch may be integrated signalling a rise of the internal pressure<br />
and allowing <strong>for</strong> safe disconnection of the capacitor in the event of overload<br />
or failure at the end of its service life.<br />
Die nach Kundenspezifi kation für größere Serien entwickelten und hergestellten<br />
Kondensatoren unserer Baureihe E59 ermöglichen dank modernsten<br />
Know-Hows und besonderer Herstellungsverfahren große Kapazitäten mit<br />
niedriger Eigeninduktivität, Stoßströme von bis zu 700kA und die Möglichkeit<br />
hoher Effektivströme bis zu 750A.<br />
Durch spezielle Anschlüsse kann die Eigeninduktivität zusätzlich reduziert<br />
werden. Auch bei hohen Betriebstemperaturen und nach verstärkten Selbstheilvorgängen<br />
bleibt die Kapazität weitestgehend konstant.<br />
Die Kondensatoren sind wahlweise in Stahl- oder Aluminiumgehäusen untergebracht<br />
und mit ausgehärtetem Harz gefüllt, damit vollkommen trocken<br />
und auslaufsicher.<br />
Ein integrierbarer Druckschalter ermöglicht eine zuverlässige Überwachung<br />
des Innendrucks und die sichere Abschaltung bei Überlastung bzw. Ausfall<br />
am Ende der Lebensdauer.<br />
