Contents of the preparatory visit.In 2006 the BBS-Syke Europaschule/Syke/Germany prepared with an Leonardo da VinciVETPRO Mobility project different conditions for a following IVT Mobility with destinationsin ES / IT / PL / LVBoth, the VETPRO and the IVT Mobility for 60 students were running very perfect.In 2008 the German institute applied again for a IVT Mobility and the German LeonardoAgency gave their approval.The BBS-Syke/Europaschule now invites all their old partners and some new partners to takepart in a preparatory visit in Syke respectively in Oldenburg (national Partner of the institutein Syke)A discussion shall take place how to use this by the BBS-Syke/Europaschule created networkfor all their students. Like the BBS-Syke all the partners want to send their students abroad.All partners agree that they have to prepare these placements carefully, because they want tosend young people and they are responsible for them.An IVT Mobility project must be prepared by VETPRO face- to- face with the partners.During the week of the preparatory visit the participants want to discuss the way to apply acommon VETPRO Mobility project.One common project – to be applied until 8.2.09 – shall enable the VETPRO exchange crisscrossbetween the partners in the multinational network.With this VETPRO Mobility the participants want to prepare the following IVT Mobility fortheir students.

Der Inhalt des vorbereitenden BesuchesIm Jahr 2006 traf die BBS-Syke Europaschule/Syke/Deutschland mit einem Leonardo daVinci VETPRO Mobilitätsprojekt alle Vorbereitungen für die nachfolgend geplante Mobilitätvon Auszubildenden IVT nach ES / IT / PL / LVEin nachfolgendes IVT Mobilitätsprojekt für 60 Auszubildende verlief daraufhin soerfolgreich, dass dieses Projekt mit Erfolg noch einmal beantragt und für weitere 60 Schülergenehmigt wurde.Die BBS-Syke/Europaschule lädt nun alle ihre bisherigen und einige neu gewonnene Partnerzu einem vorbereitenden Besuch nach Syke beziehungsweise zum nationalen Partner inOldenburg ein.Es soll gemeinsam darüber verhandelt werden, wie alle Partner das von der BBS-Syke/Europaschule bisher so erfolgreich genutzte Netzwerk auch für Ihre Schüler verwendenkönnen. Wie die BBS-Syke/Europaschule wollen auch die Partner ihre Auszubildenden inmehrwöchige Praktika entsenden. Da es sich bei den Schülern um uns anvertraute jungeMenschen handelt, haben wir für diese eine besondere Verantwortung. Daher muss einderartiges Mobilitätsprojekt für Schüler vorab durch persönliche Besuche der VETPRO beiden Partnern vorbereitet werden. Diesen Weg haben alle Partner als richtigen Weg zumspäteren Ziel der IVT Mobilität erkannt.In der Woche des vorbereitenden Besuches soll besprochen werden, wie man zu diesemZweck in allen Partnerländern zunächst eine VETPRO Mobilität beantragt.Mit diesem gleichlautenden Projekt, das zum 8.2.2009 beantragt werden soll, soll zunächstder Austausch der VETPRO „criss-cross“ zwischen den Partnern des multinationalenNetzwerkes ermöglicht werden. .Die in der Woche des vorbereitenden Besuches zu planende VETRPRO Mobilität soll danndie Voraussetzungen für nachfolgende Mobilitätsmaßnahmen der Auszubildenden schaffen.
