How can I make the most of
my studies? ...With excellent
conditions for studying.
As a campus university of applied sciences, we
offer the best possible conditions for study at each
location. Well-equipped modern workshops, specialised
laboratories and technical schools, excellent
libraries, numerous lecture theatres and seminar
rooms make you want to study and research – after
all, those who enjoy studying achieve more. Wireless
network connections make it possible to study
outside and beyond the lecture theatres. Modern PC
pools ensure that students have the most up-to-date
and efficient tools. In addition, there are online
courses for a ‘limitless’ education.
Competent mentors and professors are available to
provide advice and guidance at all times. There are
opportunities for discussions too and, with our kind
of study organisation, nobody is left on their own –
advice and support are available for everyone. There
is a family feel to our university; people know and
respect each other and together strive to achieve
common aims.
To ensure that you can continue to move freely we
offer our students excellent sport and leisure facilities.
Students can choose from 55 different kinds
of sports and regular sports festivals strengthen the
team spirit and help students to train. In Bernburg
und Köthen our own beach volleyball courts give a
beachlike atmosphere to the university.
Various student cafés and clubs offer relaxation and
distractions. Many new contacts and friendships are
made outside the seminar rooms and students can
make themselves feel at home in the new halls of
residence, too.
