Jo<strong>in</strong> as a Graduate Area/Shift Manager<br />
As an Area Manager, you will be <strong>in</strong> charge of one department<br />
with<strong>in</strong> a warehouse, also known as a Fulfilment<br />
Centre. You will manage the day-to-day operations to<br />
deliver on the targeted key performance <strong>in</strong>dicators.<br />
You will be responsible for measur<strong>in</strong>g, evaluat<strong>in</strong>g and<br />
improv<strong>in</strong>g processes <strong>in</strong> the areas of Transportation, Supply<br />
Cha<strong>in</strong> and Logistics, obta<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g and report<strong>in</strong>g on key<br />
metrics and data whilst driv<strong>in</strong>g production with<strong>in</strong> your<br />
area. Through your work, you will cont<strong>in</strong>uously improve<br />
the functionality and service level we provide to our customers.<br />

You will lead a large team of employees, be their primary<br />
po<strong>in</strong>t of contact, as well as liaise with other departments<br />
to ensure a smooth flow of operations.<br />
