AUSGANGSLAGE │ STARTING SITUATION
Diese in unmittelbarer Küstennähe befindliche und salziger
Luft ausgesetzte Straße, die auch als schwerlastgeeignete
Zuwegung für den Katastrophenschutzfall dient, wurde
innerhalb von nur drei Arbeitstagen auf einer Länge von
knapp eineinhalb Kilometern vollständig saniert und dabei
zusätzlich verbreitert.
Der Aufbau der Jahrzehnte alten Straße bestand aus einer für
die Zeit des Baus typischen Konstruktionsweise: aus einem
Unterbau aus Feinsand auf Marschboden, überbaut mit
bewehrten Betonplatten, in Teilen im Laufe der Jahrzehnte
zusätzlich asphaltiert.
Im Rahmen der Sanierung wurde die vorhandene Straße
samt ihres Unterbaus unter Verwendung der InfraCrete®-
Technologie in eine kombinierte Trag- und Frostschutzschicht
umgewandelt und mit einer dünnen Deck- und
Verschleißschicht aus Asphalt versehen.
This road, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the
coast and exposed to salty air and serves as an access road
suitable for heavy loads in the event of a disaster, was
completely rehabilitated over a length of just under one and a
half kilometers in just three working days. In the same work
step, the road was additionally widened.
The structure of the decades-old road consisted of a
construction method typical for the time of construction: a
substructure of fine sand on marshland, overlaid with
reinforced concrete slabs, in parts additionally asphalted over
the decades.
Within the scope of the rehabilitation, the existing road
together with its substructure was transformed into a
combined base and frost protection layer using InfraCrete®
technology and provided with a thin surface / wearing course
of asphalt.
