The profile rolling machine range<br />
covers rolling forces of 40 – 630 kN<br />
for diameters of 1 – 160 mm.<br />
Modular machine design and many<br />
years of experience in the develop-<br />
ment and implementation<br />
of customer-specific, highly<br />
productive automation solutions for<br />
rolling processes supplement the<br />
range.<br />
The design, construction, and regrinding<br />
of profile rolling tools and a toll<br />
manufacturing service complete the<br />
scope of products on offer.<br />
Tool construction is carried out based<br />
on calculation software that was<br />
developed in-house and on rolling<br />
tests for process optimisation.<br />
