Die Whirlcare -Whirlpools sind mit einem KTL-beschichteten, oder
galvanisch verzinkten Stahlrahmen ummantelt. Sehr stabil und ohne
Qualitätsverlust, Langzeit-Korrosionsschutz und voll recyclingfähig. Holzoder
WPC-Rahmen dagegen sind imprägniert und auf Lange Sicht instabil,
sowie am Ende der Laufzeit als Sondermüll zu entsorgen.
Steelframe vs. Wood- or WPC-frame

The Whirlcare whirlpools are encased in a CDC-coated or galvanized steel
frame. Very stable and without loss of quality, long-term corrosion protec on and
fully recyclable. Wooden or WPC frames, on the other hand, are impregnated and
unstable in the long term, and must be disposed of as hazardous waste at the end
of the term.

Die Whirlcare ISOGREEN Isolierung ist wärme-reflek erend mit einem
nachgewiesenem U-Wert von 0,57 W/m²K und dazu noch voll recyclingfähig.
Die Isolierung erlaubt zudem - durch ihre leichte Einbauweise - einen
problemlosen Zugang zur Technik. Das ist mit Vollausschäumung kaum mehr
möglich, zudem ist das Material als Sondermüll eingestu und
gesundheitsschädlich.

Insula on ISOGREEN vs. Full foam
The Whirlcare® ISOGREEN insula on is heat-reflec ve with a proven U-value of
0.57 W / m²K and is fully recyclable. The insula on also allows easy access to the
technology due to its easy installa on. This is hardly possible with full foam, and
the material is classified as hazardous waste and harmful to health.
GFK-Wannen vs. Mehrkomponenten-Reak onssystem
Biologisch abbaubar und recyclingfähig. Mehrkomponenten-
Reak onssystem auf PU-Basis. Das PU-Material enthält keinerlei
Weichmacher oder Lösungsmi el. Sowohl das Material, als auch das
Aufsprühen mi els modernster Roboter, erlauben eine schnelle,
umwel reundliche und individuelle Fer gung. GFK-Wannen gelten wieder
als Sondermüll und entwickeln bei der Verarbeitung gesundheitsschädliche
Dämpfe und Stäube.
GRP vs. Mul -component reac on system
Biodegradable and recyclable. Mul -component reac on system based on PU.
The PU material does not contain any plas cizers or solvents. Both the material
and the spraying using state-of-the-art robots allow fast, environmentally
friendly and individual produc on. GRP tubs are again classified as hazardous
waste and develop harmful vapors and dusts during processing.

The hot tub surface
The whirlpool tubs, which are manufactured using the thermoformed process, are
made of first-class sanitary acrylic with BIO-LOK®, specially designed for
permanent outdoor use. The material is weatherproof and UV-resistant, durable
and colourfast, easy to care for and easy to recycle.
