Die Nachhaltigkeit<br />
Gebaut wird nicht nur für die Gegenwart, sondern auch für die<br />
Zukunft. Alle Apartmenthäuser werden möglichst aus Materialien<br />
aus der Umgebung erstellt und entsprechen dem Minergiestandard.<br />
Zudem wird klimaneutraler Strom aus Wind und Wasser<br />
verwendet. Geheizt wird mit Fernwärme aus dem Holzschnitzelkraftwerk<br />
in Göschenen.<br />
In charge of the Andermatt Reuss development at Andermatt<br />
Swiss Alps are Agostino Franzosi, Head of Real Estate Development,<br />
and Russell Collins, Head of Sales & Marketing. They have<br />
been working together for seven years and both live in Andermatt.<br />
A few factors must be taken into account before building<br />
homes can be envisaged. “Being familiar with market needs is<br />
most important of all. What type of apartment is currently in<br />
demand at a mountain destination? Our concept for future<br />
buildings is based on this demand,” says Collins.<br />
Planning<br />
As soon as the decision to build a residence with studios or family<br />
or exclusive apartments has been taken, planning begins. The<br />
basic structure of Andermatt Reuss is mapped out in the 2008<br />
land use plan. “It sets out the form and nature of the development,<br />
but when it comes to interior design, we have a free hand.<br />
The result is a wide variety of different apartments in Andermatt<br />
Reuss,” explains Franzosi. He and Russell Collins are drafting the<br />
