In der oben stehenden Abbildung ist der
Einschaltvorgang einer Elektromagnet-Schaltkupplung in
Abhängigkeit von der Zeit aufgezeichnet.
Anhand des dargestellten Beispiels werden im
Folgenden wichtige Kenngrößen erläutert:
Kupplungsdrehmomente
TÜ = Übertragbares Drehmoment
Das übertragbare (statische) Drehmoment ist das
maximale Drehmoment, das eine Schaltkupplung im
Synchronlauf und im betriebswarmen Zustand
übertragen kann.
TS = Schaltbares Drehmoment
Das schaltbare (dynamische) Drehmoment ist das
Drehmoment, das eine Reibungskupplung unter Schlupf
in Abhängigkeit vom Reibwert und im betriebswarmen
Zustand übertragen kann.
TSN = Schaltbares Nenndrehmoment
Das schaltbare Nenndrehmoment ist das im Katalog
angegebene dynamische Drehmoment, bei 1 m/sec
Reibgeschwindigkeit.
TL = Lastdrehmoment
Das Lastdrehmoment ist das Drehmoment, mit dem die
Abtriebsseite der Kupplung durch die Arbeitsmaschine
ohne Änderung der Drehzahl belastet wird.
Torque Ratings
For determination and use of clutches it is necessary to
define the different torque designations.
The torques stated in the table apply
to run-in condition.
TÜ = Transmissible torque
The transmissible (static) torque is the maximum torque
that can be transmitted by a fully synchronized clutch
with operating coil at rated temperature.
TS = Switchable torque
The switchable (dynamic) torque is the torque which can
be transmitted by a clutch under slip condition
depending on the friction coefficient and at working
temperature.
TSN = Switchable rated torque
The switchable rated torque is the dynamic torque as
stated in the catalogue, at 1 m/sec. frictional speed.
