Zusammenarbeit mit dem INLUX
Institut für Luxus hat die MBS den
Zertifikatslehrgang „Luxury Business
Management“ entwickelt. Die
berufsbegleitende Zusatzausbildung
ist speziell auf die Bedürfnisse der
Mitarbeiter von Premium–, Lifestyle–
und Luxusgüterunternehmen
zugeschnitten. Offen ist der Kurs
auch für Verkaufs-Fachkräfte aus
diesen Bereichen und für Hochschulabsolventen,
die eine Karriere im Luxusgütersegment
anstreben.
„Wir haben nach der Einführung
der Spezialisierungsmöglichkeit
2009 die Erfahrung gemacht, dass
diese Ausbildung von den Studenten
sehr geschätzt wird und ihnen erstklassige
Einstiegschancen bei Premium–
und Luxusunternehmen verschafft“,
sagt Prof. Dr. Stefan Baldi,
Since 2009, Munich Business School
has been offering the specialization
of Luxury Business Management
within its Master program. From
November 2012, a specific offering
targeted at this economic sector will
also exist within the area of Executive
Education. MBS has developed
the “Luxury Business Management
“ certificate course in cooperation
with the INLUX Institut für
Luxus. The extra–occupational additional
training is especially tailored
to the needs of employees of premium,
lifestyle and luxury goods companies.
The course is also open to
sales experts from these areas and
to university graduates who want to
pursue a career in the luxury goods
segment.
“After the introduction of the
specialization field in 2009 we saw
that the students highly appreci-
Dekan der Munich
Business
School. „Unser
Know-how und
unser Netzwerk
in diesem Segment
wollen wir
jetzt nutzen, um
dieses Thema auch für den Bereich
der Executive Education zu entwickeln.“
Schätzungen von Analysten
zufolge wird sich das Volumen des
weltweiten Luxusmarktes innerhalb
der kommenden zehn Jahre
verdoppeln. „Dieser Bereich stellt
an Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter
ganz besondere Anforderungen“, erklärt
Programmleiterin Petra–Anna
Herhoffer. „Das reicht vom Markenmanagement
über Fragen des
Qualitätsmanagements in globalen
Lieferketten bis zum Personalmanagement
und speziellen Fragestellungen
in den Bereichen Handel und
Vertrieb.“ Auch Ästhetik und Design
sowie das Innovationsmanagement -
speziell das Verhältnis von Tradition
und Innovation – gehörten zu diesen
ate this training and that they gain
first-class job prospects with premium
and luxury companies,” says
Prof. Dr. Stefan Baldi, Dean of Munich
Business School. “We now want
to employ our know–how and our
network within this segment to also
develop this topic for the Executive
Education area.”
According to analyst estimates,
the volume of the worldwide
luxury market will double within the
next ten years. “This area poses very
special demands on managers and
employees,” director of program Petra–Anna
Herhoffer explains. “This
begins with brand management and
questions of quality management
in global supply chains and also has
to do with human resource management
and special issues in the
areas of trade and sales.” Aesthetics
and design as well as innovation
durch Hochschullehrer und erfahrene
Dozenten aus der Praxis vermittelt
