Wenn der Schnee geschmolzen ist und die Flüsse vom Schmelzwasser
aus den Bergen fast überquellen, kündigt das muntere Vogelgezwitscher
langsam den Frühling an. Die ersten zartgrünen Blätter
sprengen aus ihren Knospen. Nun ist auch das Osterfest nicht mehr
weit, und für die geselligen Erzgebirgler ist dies ein willkommener
Anlass, die eigenen vier Wände wieder feierlich zu schmücken. Das
Osterfest gehört ganz den Hasen. In allen Lebenslagen können wir sie
bewundern: Eine kesse Kellnerin serviert bunt lackierte Ostereier, die
Hasenkinder lernen in der Schule das Rechnen, während Hasenoma
und Hasenopa gemütlich im Schaukelstuhl den Feierabend genießen.
Auch lustige Hasenmusikanten haben sich eingestellt und spielen den
Eiermalern zum Tanz. Eines haben all die Gahlenzer Hasen
gemeinsam: Ihr fesch geknicktes Ohr gibt ihnen eine pfiffige Note und

do their sums in bunny school, while grandma and grandpa relax in
their rocking chairs. Even a cheerful band of bunny musicians strike
