Parents and their children will get moving and<br />

enjoy a variety of structured and unstructured<br />

play with our obstacle courses, floor mats and<br />

inflatable tumbling run. Other activities include<br />

“kidnastics,” stretching, mini-soccer, mini-basketball<br />

and “circle” activities. Parents should<br />

be prepared to participate with their children.<br />

NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING<br />

Consult with JCC Sport & Fitness Director<br />

Patrick Scott to develop a healthy nutrition program.<br />

With a master’s degree in applied clinical<br />

nutrition, Patrick can help review and recommend<br />

specific foods to promote healthy living.<br />

Sports & Fitness Center’s 3D Fitness small<br />

group training class takes a multi-dimensional<br />

approach. It incorporates all dimensions of fitness,<br />

nutrition, weight training, cardio training<br />

and flexibility. The program is aimed at getting<br />

participants the results that they want and<br />

showing them how to keep the positive strides<br />

made.<br />

3D Fitness group training:<br />

• 8-week program —classes going on now!<br />

• Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from<br />

5:30–6:30 pm<br />

• Cost: $150 JCC Fitness members,<br />

$170 non-members<br />

The JCC’s 3D Fitness class is for all fitness<br />

levels and no prior workout experience is necessary.<br />
