Awards <strong>an</strong>d Charity Gala.<br />
Greeting the audience with scintillating speeches were<br />
Guest-of-Honour <strong>an</strong>d Patron of SSF, Ng Ser Mi<strong>an</strong>g; Rupert<br />
Ong, Chairm<strong>an</strong> of Org<strong>an</strong>ising Committee, <strong>an</strong>d Dr Ben<br />
T<strong>an</strong>, President of SSF <strong>an</strong>d General Committee Member of<br />
Raffles Marina. Speeches were followed by a gastronomic<br />
five-course dinner with live entertainment throughout.<br />
The evening’s programme included the launch of<br />
the SSF Modular Sailing Scheme (MSS) by Ms Mok<br />
Kah Mun, VP, High Participation, together with<br />
MSS partners. Dr Ben T<strong>an</strong> <strong>an</strong>d Rodney T<strong>an</strong> later<br />
presented membership plaques to SSF affiliates for<br />
their support in promoting sailing in Singapore.<br />
