• Meetings of ad hoc working groups will be restricted to those recognised members of the group; that is those members on the<br />
circulation list of the convenor and in receipt of the agenda and papers for meetings of this group.<br />
• All delegates to <strong>IWTO</strong> who wish to make an active contribution to the activities of working groups are welcome to join by<br />
contacting the convener of the working group and asking to be placed on the circulation list.<br />
• Observers are welcome to attend by prior arrangement with the convener.<br />
