13) The Company has not received any intimation from the suppliers regarding their status under Micro, Small and<br />
Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (the Act) and hence the disclosure required by the Act have not been<br />
made. The Company is making efforts to get confirmations from the suppliers as regards their status under the Act.<br />
