Many new forms of stationery are now available. Business cards and personalized stationery can be ordered through Purchasing. Those in
search of plain letterhead can head to Stores to fill out their orders. Similarly, an electronic version of the hospital letterhead is available on the
shared drive (“S drive”) under JGH Logo. You can also find numerous document templates and finance forms in this folder.
Please remember that all material displaying the hospital logo must be approved by Public Affairs and Communications before printing begins.
This includes both internal and external documents.
