<strong>Titlis</strong> Rotair, or Bergbahnen <strong>Engelberg</strong>-Trübsee-<strong>Titlis</strong> AG, is one of the largest and<br />
most successful mountain railway companies in Switzerland. In addition to the<br />
state-of-the-art rail facilities, the restaurant and kiosk operations and Berghotel<br />
Trübsee in the <strong>Titlis</strong> region, the company also operates Hotel Terrace, a facility<br />
with approximately 370 beds located on the southern slope of <strong>Engelberg</strong>.<br />
Bergbahnen <strong>Engelberg</strong>-Trübsee-<strong>Titlis</strong> AG is a public corporation whose shares are<br />
traded on the Zurich stock exchange. The company has more than 4,000 shareholders,<br />
employs 300 people in the peak season and generates sales of around<br />
CHF 50 million. It maintains close relations with the <strong>Engelberg</strong> <strong>Titlis</strong> Tourismus AG<br />
which markets <strong>Engelberg</strong> in the key source markets of Europe, Southeast Asia,<br />
