Titlis Resort Engelberg

The houses and apartments in the Titlis Resort are a contemporary, modern
interpretation of alpine mountain romanticism. High-quality natural materials from
the region, solid-wood elements, combined with stone and stylish details, effuse
comfort and wellbeing. Linear architecture, light-filled rooms and views of the
fascinating Engelberg mountain landscape combine with alpine chic to create a
unique ambience.
The prices of apartments at Titlis Resort are very moderate despite the modern,
quality construction and exclusive interior design. The least-expensive apartments
start at CHF 240,000 for a 1½-room studio.
In the first phase, four chalets with a total of 55 apartments will be put up for sale.
These apartments are in a prime location within the Titlis Resort and are offered at
discounted rates. The investors reserve the right to increase the prices of apartments
in all of the subsequent phases of construction.
The apartments in building 7 (Sulzli) and 8 (Wendensattel) are sold fully
furnished. During the absence of the owner these apartments will be
rented to holidaymakers on a weekly basis. The income thus derived will
be distributed to the owners in a pooling model. These apartments will
cost 20 percent less. Bergbahnen Engelberg-Trübsee-Titlis AG will take
care of all rental formalities and will operate the resort, making available
some 325 beds for 46 weeks a year.
As both investor in and operator of the resort, Bergbahnen Titlis Rotair believes
long-term, high utilisation rates are more important than short-term profit. The
operator aims to generate approximately 50,000 to 60,000 additional overnight
stays in Engelberg and thus enhance the sustainable economic development of
this tourist destination.
