Titlis Resort Engelberg

The owner of a fully-furnished apartment may use the apartment throughout the
year without any limitation, provided the appropriate reservations have been
submitted to the operator the Titlis Resort, Bergbahnen Engelberg-Trübsee-Titlis
AG. The owner may select any three weeks (21 days) each year to stay in the
apartment at no cost (excluding running expenses). For all other periods, 25
percent of the published seasonal rental charges will be due.
Owners are excluded from the income pool during the entire period they are using
the apartment themselves.
