First phase<br />

In the first phase of construction, for which the groundbreaking ceremony was<br />

held on 19 September 2011, buildings 6 (Langwand), 7 (Sulzli), 8 (Wendensattel)<br />

and 9 (Schaftal) with a total of 55 apartments are being built. These four buildings<br />

will be complete in winter 2013. The ski storage rooms for all <strong>Titlis</strong> <strong>Resort</strong> apartments<br />

will be on the basement level of building 9 (Schaftal) and will feature<br />

lockable lockers. The apartments being built in this first phase are now<br />

available for prospective buyers.<br />

Second phase<br />

The construction of the buildings situated in the centre of the complex, building 4<br />

(Steinberg) and 5 (Laub) with a total of 31 apartments, is planned for the second<br />

phase. A restaurant, the reception and a child day-care facility plus playroom will<br />

be integrated into building 4 (Steinberg). The fitness and wellness facilities will be<br />

spread over the basement level and ground floor in building 5 (Laub). An outdoor<br />

summer and winter playground will be built at the centre of the complex. These<br />

apartments will be ready for occupancy in autumn 2014.<br />

Third phase<br />

In the third and final stage, residential buildings 1 to 3 will be built (Südwand,<br />

Grassen and Galtiberg). A total of 50 apartments are planned. Central laundry<br />

facilities that can provide services for the individual apartment owners will be<br />

located on the basement floor of building 2. These apartments are scheduled for<br />

occupancy in autumn 2015.<br />
