The menu will differ this year, but a few highlights from last year’s three-course celebration included Orzo pasta with house-made sausage and broccolinni appetizer; grilled N.D. top sirloin steak with southwest dry rub and lime butter entrée; and panna cotta with strawberries. Although the three-course special is sure to attract many guests, great menu items are featured on the menu every night of the week, from house-made venison sausage with sweet potato salad, to grilled shrimp with ratatouille and olive vinaigrette and N.D. honey tart with strawberry glaze and vanilla sauce.
