clocking an average speed of 48.3
knots on his stock, 9m Caution Answer.
Heinig is beating out the leading-ranked
windsurfer Dave White, whose fastest for
cumulative average speed so far is 46.2
knots. The current world speed record of
48.7 knots is held by windsurfer Finian

effective January 23, all travelers will
be required to hold a valid passport to
enter the United States by air. The new
passport requirement means that all
travelers, including U.S. citizens, who
are departing the U.S. and intend to reenter
the United States are required to
hold a valid passport upon departure.
This requirement also applies when
traveling from Canada, Mexico, Central
and South America, the Caribbean and
Bermuda. It can take up to six weeks to
process a passport so unless you want
to pay rush fees, plan ahead!
