SHIPPING GUIDELINE / 運輸指南 

A. SHIPPING DEADLINE 運輸時間表:

2) Collection deadline in Hong Kong for EXHIBITS 集貨日期: 

Any exhibits allow import into China, exhibitor can either send exhibits to Hangzhou via seafreight or airfreight. The 

following is collection deadline in Hong Kong for exhibits. 

允許進口的展品, 參展商可選擇以海運或空運形式從香港發運到杭州, 有關展品收集日期如下 : 

� Seafreight shipment 海運貨 : 18 – 20 Jul.,2012 

� Airfreight shipment 空運貨 : 8 – 10 Aug.,2012 

B. SHIPPING DOCUMENTS 運輸文件 

Any exhibits allow import into China, exhibitor should submit the following documents :

C. CUSTOMS DEPOSIT OF DUTY/TAX 海關保證金 

According to the Customs regulations for exhibition in Hangzhou, all shipments will be cleared on temporary import basis and 

subject to apply necessary documentation, and against full payment of duty/tax deposit The calculation of deposit is 100% of the 

import duty/tax amount, and exhibitor must be paid to BEX on or before 13 Jul., 2012 BEX will on exhibitor behalf to pay it to 

Chinese Customs. 

根據杭州海關規定, 所有進口展品需要支付海關保證金及有關提供進口之相關文件。所有海關保證金額的計算方法按照 

進口展品的進口稅及增值稅百分之百全數預付,參展商需要在 2012 年 7 月 13 日或以前提交給百滙物流有限公司, 由百 

滙物流有限公司統一交到杭州海關。 

The duty/tax deposit may be re-claimed upon the exhibits has been re-exported China. The handling of re-exported shipment 

should be handled by BEX, and BEX will assist exhibitor to claim back the deposit. Under normal circumstances, the refund 

may receive from Customs Authority after 3 to 6 months at least from the date of shipment re-export China. 

如展品退運中國境外及回程是通過百滙物流有限公司處理, 百滙物流有限公司協助辦理退稅手續, 所需時間為退運展品 

後 3-6 個月。 

For those exhibits have been retained in China after the exhibition, duty/tax will be levied. The duty/tax rate and charge will 

subject to Customs final appraisal, exhibitor should bear this charge and pay full amount accordingly. 

所有在展覽會閉展後展品留在中國境內也須交納關稅和增值稅。有關進口稅項及增值稅按照海關出具的稅單及由參展單 

位自行承擔。

D. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AND COMMODITY INSPECTION 海關清關及商品檢驗檢疫 

The import exhibits for this exhibition will be cleared under temporary import basis. We will proceed the customs declaration, 

inspection and customs clearance upon the exhibits arrives Hangzhou. 

In this exhibition, exhibits could be cleared on temporary basis, but exhibitor should comply and stringently follow the Customs 

regulation. The exhibits are under Customs control and it can’t be sold during the exhibition, or retain in China after the 

exhibition. Besides, the commodity inspection will be effected stringently on the customs bonded area in Hanghzhou, and 

according to the “List of Exhibits” (Form A) as well as the supporting documents subject to Customs Control. To expedite 

smooth clearance and inspection, exhibitors are requested to complete the Form A clearly in Chinese and provide the necessary 

permits (if requires). 

杭州海關對是次展覽會的進口展品以暫時進口的形式處理通關.貨到達杭州後,百滙物流有限公司的杭州報關代理處理相 

關報檢,報關,清關等工作。 

杭州海關允許以暫時進口的形式處理通關, 但所有進口展品不允許展覽會期間銷售或留在中國境內。 

此外,海關將在保稅倉按照“展品清單”及監管證件嚴格檢查。為使清關和商檢檢查順利進行,參展商必須用中文填 

寫展品清單、及提供有關進口許可證或批文(如需要)。 

Description of exhibits, material, H.S.Code, Country of Origin, quantity, unit, unit price are exactly required in the “List of 

Exhibits”, and value must be shown in CIF HK$ figure – please do not write NCV or NVD. 

展品名稱、成分、商品編號、原產地國家、數量、計量單位及單價必須清楚填報於“展品清單”,所有價值請以港元 

填報,另勿填報“無商業價值”等於價格框內。 

According to China Customs regulation, all advertising literature, brochure, technical catalogue, souvenirs and other publicity 

materials shall be allowed for display at the exhibition only after PRIOR CENSORSHIP done by customs officers. 2 samples of 

each must be handed over to BEX’s staff on-site for such purpose. 

根據中國海關的規定,所有宣傳資料、小禮品、及其他公用物品,都必須要經過海關審查才可以發放;請在現場準備每 

樣品 2 件給百滙公司的同事送審。 

SLIDES / DVDs / VCDs / CDs – exhibitor/shipper needs to provide us the “Import Permit from Chinese Cultural Department” 

for the Customs declaration. If you have no such permit, please don’t ship those items by freight. 

幻燈片/ DVD 光盘 / VCD 光盘 / CD 光盘等 – 展商/付货人须提供由中国文化部出具的有效批文用作报关,如未能提供,请勿通过货

E. PACKING AND CASE MARKING 包裝及箱嘜 

As all packages of exhibits will be frequently loaded and unloaded during transportation, unpack for the fair and repack for the 

return movement, storage in open-air or will be placed outdoor, please ensure that your exhibits are packed in strong, water-proof 

wooden case which is strong enough to protect the exhibits from damage and rain。由於在運輸途中所有展品將經過多次裝 

卸,開箱和展覽會後重新包裝,室外存放,因此包裝箱必須足夠結實以便保護展品不會破損以及雨淋。 

For the outside marking of all packages, please clearly mark as least 2 sides as follows 包裝箱外二面必須清楚寫上以下嘜頭:-

F. QUARANTINE INSPECTION AND FUMIGATION 檢驗檢疫及薰蒸 

A) For cargoes with wooden packing 對於木質包裝: 

Effective from 01 January 2006, Chinese Quarantine Authority strictly request that all cargoes with wooden packing, from all 

Countries and regions, must undertake fumigation treatment. Please refer to following details: 

中國檢驗檢疫機構將嚴格要求從所有國家和地區進境的木質包裝展品必須進行除害處理,該辦法自 2006 年 1 月 1 日起 

施行。詳情請參見以下內容: 

Observe scope 適用範圍: 

All non-manufactured wood packaging material to be used to carry, pack, pad and support, and reinforce the exhibits, such as 

wood case, crate, pallet, frame, pal, wood pole, wedge, sleeper and pad. 

本辦法所稱木質包裝是指用於承載、包裝、鋪墊、支撐、加固展品的木質材料,如木板箱、木條箱、木託盤、木軸、木 

楔、墊木、枕木、襯木等。 

Exempted scope 可免除範圍: 

Those wood composite products after being heated and pressed treatment, such as plywood, particleboard and fiberboard, veneer 

core, saw dust, wood fiber and particle and other wood materials with its thickness equal or less than 6mm. 

本辦法所稱木質包裝不包括經人工合成或者經加熱、加壓等深度加工的包裝用木質材料(如膠合板、刨花板、纖維板芯、 

鋸屑、木絲、刨花等以及厚度等於或者小於 6mm 的木質材料)

Observe requirement 適用要求: 

All import wood packaging materials should be treated by Heat Treatment (HT) or Methyl Bromide (MB) fumigation at the 

origin, and put the Mark of IPPC (as below) on two opposite sides of the wooden packaging material. 

進境展品使用木質包裝的,應當在輸出國家或者地區政府檢疫主管部門監督下按照國際植物保護公約進行熱處理(HT)或 

溴甲烷薰蒸(MB),並在木質包裝的兩側加施 IPPC 專用標識。 

The Mark should contain the valid symbol approved by IPPC, country code, unique number of producer / treatment designated 

by the National Plant Protection Organization (NPPO) of exporting countries and treatment methods (HT, MB) 

該標記應包括由《國際植物保護公約》的英文縮寫、國家編號、出國官方植物檢疫機構批准的木質包裝生產企業的獨特 

數字編號以及除害處理方法(如溴甲烷薰蒸-MB 熱處理-HT)。 

If the wood packaging materials without the approved mark or with approved mark being intercepted the alive harmful pest, the 

packing materials will be fumigated or the cargoes will be returned to the origin. 

如果木質包裝未加施 IPPC 專用標誌或已施加專用標誌但在抽查檢疫時發現活的有害生物的,將對木質包裝進行除害處 

理或回運回輸出國家。 

Sample of Marking:標記參照如下: 

IPPC—《國際植物保護公約》的英文縮寫 

XX—國際標準化組織(ISO)規定的 2 個字母國家編號 

000—輸出國官方植物檢疫機構批准的木質包裝生產企業的獨特數字編號 

YY—除害處理方法,如溴甲烷薰蒸-MB 熱處理-HT 

G. DELIVERY OF EXHIBITS 運送展品 

All exhibits can be delivered to stand after releasing by the Customs & Commodity Inspection Bureau. BEX then will deliver 

the exhibits to exhibition stand against the signature of exhibitor or his authorized agent. It is recommended that the exhibitor or 

their representative must be present on-site during move-in period, otherwise, BEX will not be liable for any damage/claims 

may effect.待海關及商檢局放行後, 百滙物流有限公司會安排展品送到展台及等待參展商或他們的代理到場後簽收。所 

以我們懇請參展商或代理人務必在進館時間到達現場,否則,百滙公司是不會對一些有可能發生的破損/索賠負責。 

H. ARRANGEMENT OF RETURN EXHIBITS 退運展品安排 

BEX will dispatch “Disposal Instructions Form” to exhibitor during exhibition. Exhibitor has to complete and return it to BEX 

with no later than the closing date of exhibition. Meanwhile, exhibitor must ensure our representative receive the exhibits prior 

to leaving the stand on the last day of the exhibition. We will not be responsible for any lose of exhibits, if an exhibitor leaves the 

stand without informing our representative.百滙物流有限公司在閉展前一天向各參展商派發”退運展品委託書”,參展商須 

於閉展前/當日提供有關文件給百滙物流現場負責人員, 參展商包好貨後, 請通知百滙物流現場負責人員點收展品才可離 

開會場. 如參展商留下展品在展台, 百滙物流不會負責展品丟失或損毀的責任. 

I. INSURANCE 保險 

Exhibitors should alert that our handling charges are complied on volume or weight basis and insurance coverage is not included; 

all the works undertaken by BEX Logistics are at exhibitor’s risk. Exhibitors are requested to have their exhibits fully covered 

insurance for the whole in/return journey, including exhibition period. A copy of the Insurance Policy should be brought to the 

fair in case of any necessary survey. BEX Logistics may on your behalf to arrange the insurance according to the request, and 

the premium rate is 2% on insured value with a minimum USD150.00/Policy. 參展商應注意, 我司的收費是按照體積或重量 

計算, 而且不含任何保險費; 所有參展商需要為他們的展品購買包括展覽期間的全程保險。並請將保險單的副本帶到展 

覽會以便有需要時提供給有關商檢公司作報告。若有需要,百滙公司可接受參展商的委託代安排有關保險事宜,保險費 

為保險金額的 2%,最低收費:每份保單 USD150.00。 

J. DANGEROUS, RADIOACTIVE, STRATEGIC AND REEFER CARGOES 危險品,放射性物品,戰略性物品和冷凍品 

Some of the above items are prohibited/limited to move-in to the exhibition hall, and the carriers(Shipping 

Line and Airline) will only accept those cargoes subject to availability. So before shipping those items to the 

fair, please submit us all the specification and volume of the cargoes for checking with the relevant parties for 

confirmation.以上物品將被限制進入展覽會場;另由於承運者(船公司和航空公司)亦有限度接受這些物品,因此在 

安排運送以上物品到展覽會以前,請先提供給我們該等物品的所有詳細情況以便預先和有關方面確認。

K. TERMS OF PAYMENT 費用條款 



a. For Inbound Movement 來程展品 

Our invoice for service to be rendered will be sent to you by email or by fax. Please make the payment three (3) days after the 

departure of the vessel or airplane. If no payment is received in time, we may have to hold the cargo in the warehouse and we 

are not responsible for any consequence. 

百滙物流之服務發票會以電郵或傳真方式給各展商,請各展商須要在船或航機開啟後 3 天支付有關費用。如我司在指定 

日期沒收到費用,我司或會把展品扣留在倉庫及不承擔有關後果。 

b. Customs Deposit of duty /Tax 海關保證金 

All exhibitors must be paid 100% of import duty/tax to Bex Logistics Co., Ltd. on/before 13 Jul. 2012 Bex Logistics Co., Ltd. 

will pay it to Customs on exhibitor behalf. 

參展商需要在 2012 年 7 月 13 日或以前提交百分之百的進口展品的進口稅及增值稅給百滙物流有限公司, 由百滙物流 

有限公司統一交到杭州海關。 

c. For return exhibits 退運展品 

We will email/ fax you a copy of our invoice for the relevant charges. Please make payment within one week. If no payment is 

received within one week, we will hold the cargo in China or Hong Kong and the storage fee will be at exhibitor’s account. 

百滙物流之服務發票會以電郵或傳真方式給各展商, 請各展商在收到發票後一週內支付費用, 如我司在指定日期沒收 

到費用,我司或會把展品扣留在中國或香港,而由此引生的倉儲費,則由展商承擔。 

Payment shall be made in Hong Kong, payable to “BEX LOGISTICS COMPANY LIMITED” 

所有費用須在香港支付, 支票抬頭為 “百滙物流有限公司”.

4) Inbound Movement from Hong Kong to Exhibition Booth 来程运输从香港到展台 

Receiving exhibits at Bex’s Hong Kong warehouse 在百汇香港仓库收货 

Receiving exhibits at BEX Hong Kong warehouse, loading and unloading, handling all export formalities and transport to 

Hangzhou exhibition ground under customs bonded, sorting and delivery to exhibition booth, assisting exhibitors for unpacking 

and one time on-spot positioning of heavy exhibits (assembling excluded), temporary Customs clearance and assists Customs 

for inspection, removing empty cases and packing materials to on-site storage place(outdoor) 

在百汇香港仓库收货,装卸车,办理有关出口文件,运到杭州展览会场,分类送到展台,协助参展商开箱,重货一次 

固定位置(不包括装配),临时进口手续,协助海关检查,收集空箱和包装材料到仓库(室外) 

� By Seafreight: US$243.00 / cbm (Min. US$243.00 / exhibitor / shipment) 

� By Airfreight: US$5.00 / kgs (Min. US$500.00 / exhibitor / shipment) 

5) Outbound Movement from Exhibition Booth to Hong Kong 回程运输从展台到香港 

Outbound Services from exhibition booth upto to Hong Kong BEX Logistics HK warehouse 

展览会结束后将空箱和包装材料送回展台,协助参展商重新包装,将展品从展台运到百汇香港仓库 

� Services and Tariff will be same as the above Item 1-5/ 同上列服务及收费第 1 至 5 项 

***Above rates (from Point 1 to Point 5) excluded the services for Quarantine Inspection and/or Fumigation Treatment that may 

request by the Import/Export Authority, and the cost will be debited as per outlay.上列报价(1 至 5 项)并不包括检疫查验或/及熏 

蒸工作,如有关部门要求处理,所有费用由客户负责,实报实销。 

6) Surcharge and Optional Charges 附加费及选择性收费 

A) Heavy Lift Surcharge in China 国内超重附加费 

2,001 – 3,000 kgs per package - US$6.00/100kgs 

3,001 – 5,000 kgs per package - US$7.00/100kgs 

over 5000 kgs per package - US$9.00/100kgs 

B) Optional Services Charge 选择性服务收费 

a) i) Local transport from and/or to between cargo terminal/client’s premises(G/F) and BEX Logistics’ warehouse in Hong Kong 

香港本地运输从进口仓库/客户仓库运送到百汇香港仓库 – US$20.00/cbm (min. US$100.00/Trip) 

ii) Heavy Lift Surcharge for local transport 本地超重附加费 

150– 300 kgs per package - US$80.00/shipment 

301 – 500 kgs per package - US$100.00/shipment 

over 500 kgs per package - US$120.00/shipment 

b) Storage in Hong Kong 香港仓储费 

Inbound cargo arrived earlier than specified or outbound cargo return after free storage period; all storage dues will be on 

exhibitor’s account. Storage fee in our warehouse will be levied at US$14.00/cbm/week or any fraction thereof, minimum 1 

cbm/week.来程或回程货物在指定时间以后,所有产生仓储费用会向参展商收取,仓储费是每立方米每星期 US$14.00, 

最低 1 立方米/星期 

c) Storage in China 中国仓储费 

i) By air after 3 days free from arrival and 3 days after exhibition 空运货到杭州机场后 3 天及闭馆后 3 天 

US$0.30/10kgs/day (min. US$20.00) 

ii) By sea after 5 days free from arrival and 3 days after exhibition 海运货到上海港后 5 天及闭馆后 3 天 

FCL Shipment–US$30.00/teu/day (min. US$30.00) 

LCL Shipment – US$12.00/cbm/week (min. USD12.00) 

d) Return/Pick up of empty containers to/from Shanghai CY 从上海港提取/返回空集装箱 – US$300.00/20’ & US$400.00/40’ 

e) Translation of List of Exhibits and other necessary documents from foreign languages into Chinese in an acceptable format 

and/or the re-production of sufficient copies to Chinese authorities concerned 报关清单中文翻译费 

US$5.00/Page (Min. US$50.00/consignment)

f) Labour and Equipment Hire (subject to availability and 48 hours advance booking needed)工人及机力的雇用 : 

Supervisor Hire 工人领班 : US$8.00 per hour / min. 4 hours

Saturdays, Sundays, holiday and Overtimes : Charges doubled 星期六、星期天、假日及加班工作:双倍 

g) Demurrage charges of container - after arrived Shanghai Port 集装箱到港后的滞箱费用 

Charges will be outlays as per the rate from Port Authority; details will be available on request.同有关港务局规定 

h) Quarantine Inspection fee 检疫查验费用 : US$8.00/pkg 

i) Quarantine declaration fee 检疫报关费用 : US$8.00/cbm *min. US$30.00/ exhibitor/shipment 

C) Remarks 

a. Minimum charges per shipment : 1 cbm or metric ton, calculated as whichever is the higher.每票货最低收费:1 立方米或 

运费吨,以最大的计算。 

b. Minimum chargeable volume for 20’ container is 25 cbm and for 40’ container is 50 cbm.每 20’集装箱最低收费按 25 立 

方米算,40’ 集装箱最低收费按 50 立方米算 

c. Volume / Weight conversion for air-freight shipment : 6 cbm is equal to 1,000kgs 空运货体积/重量转换:6 立方米等于 

1000 公斤 

d. Limitation for airfreight shipment : individual weight / dimension can’t excess 60kgs / 80cm x 80cm x 80cm 空运货每件 

不能超过 60 公斤/長: 80 厘米 x 闊: 80 厘米 x 高: 80 厘米 

e. All freight and Inbound handling charges must be settled before fair open, otherwise 2.5% outlay commission will be 

added for unpaid invoices beyond fair open date. All Outbound handling charges and freight must be settled before 

shipment delivery to the designated port/airport and/or local premises.所有来程运费必须在展览会开幕前结清,否则将 

从开幕那天开始加收 2.5% 的附加费。所有的回程费用必须在货物到达目的地前结清。 

f. Above rates quoted for General Cargoes with standard seaworthy packing only, for specialized cargoes, e.g. dangerous, 

reefer and high valued cargo, 100% additional charges will be levied and accept subject to availability.以上费率只是适用 

于普通货。如果展品属于特别货,如危险品,冷冻品和高价值商品,将在可以接受的情况下加收 100%的附加费。 

g. For cargo arrives after deadline, a surcharge amounting to 20% of inbound movement charges and on-site service charges 

will be levied. 如果货物于结货期后到达,来程运费将加收 20%的附加费。

Cultural Department” for the Customs declaration. If you have no such permit, please don’t ship those

i. If the customs deposit or duty & taxes is required by customs, it will be charged at as per outlay and it will be at

l. As the official tariff is compiled on volume or weight basis and has no correlation with the value of exhibits, 

naturally no insurance has been covered in our charges and all work is undertaken by BEX at owner’s risk. 

Thus exhibitor should arrange a proper round-trip (including exhibition period) all risk insurance for their
