Fixing Procedure:<br />

600mm dia. 6mm thick acrylic disc.<br />

Set plugs at appropriate positions in mortar<br />

joints.<br />

Ensuring that the centres of slots in acrylic<br />

disc are orientated to allow accurate final<br />

adjustment, mark centres for fixing-plugs.<br />

Bore and countersink acrylic disc.<br />

When mortar is set, screw down acrylic<br />

onto a thin bed of soft, fine mortar, keeping<br />

peripheral slots clear of excess mortar.<br />

Fill slots and coat acrylic disc with<br />

'Araldite'.<br />

Fill central hole with 'Rockite' grouting.<br />

Press home s/steel disc, slewing to give<br />

final, accurate orientation.<br />
