JOINT RECRUITING OF NEW VISITING CUSTOMERS
We again want to animate you to invite your customers with an entry voucher to
a free fair visit and to assimilate also customers to your invitation mailings whom
you have not yet met in Offenbach, We thank you for your support in gathering
new customers: vouchers issued by your company and cashed in by companies
that so far have not been registered with us are without any charge for you! In
the case of customers registered before the calculation is done in the well-known
way (see our service kit, form no. 9).
WORKERS’ PASSES FOR YOUR SET-UP TEAM
The access to the exhibition grounds is only allowed on presentation of a valid
exhibitor pass or workers’ passes. During the set-up and dismantling periods a
check of the access legitimations can occur. Please make sure that your set-up
team has been equipped with the corresponding work badges. These permits for
the set-up staff and your personnel may be ordered free of charge with the
corresponding form sheet in your service folder.
PARKING FOR EXHIBITORS
For exhibitors the PARKPLATZ NORDRING has again been reserved. Please note
that exhibitor parking permits and the annual permits PLUS for exhibitors and
sales agents are only valid for this particular parking area. Please keep the parking
Mainufer free for fait visitors. As usual we offer a permanent shuttle service from
and to the exhibitors’ parking.
PACKING MATERIAL
We urgently point out for a special reason to keep clear the fair stands from all
packing material during the time of the fair as packing material increases the risk
of fire. Therefore a storage at the stand or in other areas of the fair halls is
absolutely prohibited according to the fire protection conditions. Please dispose of
your packing material in the containers meant for it in the courtyard or take it
along after setting up your stand. In future, this might even be checked more
rigorously.
