Technische Richtlinien Standauf- und -abbau Aufbauzeit: Montag, 04.03. bis Donnerstag, 07.03.2013: 7.00 – 22.00 Uhr Freitag, 08.03.2013: 7.00 – 21.00 Uhr Abbauzeit: Montag, 11.03.2013: 18.00 – 22.00 Uhr Dienstag, 12.03. bis Freitag, 15.03.2013: 7.00 – 18.00 Uhr Standgestaltung Der Ausstellungsstand muss dem Gesamtbild der I.L.M - Internationale Lederwaren Messe angepasst und grundsätzlich jederzeit flexibel auf- und abbaubar sein. Bei allen Standkonzeptionen ist zu berücksichtigen, dass eine Durchsicht von rund 30% zu gewährleisten ist. An den Standgrenzen zu den Besuchergängen dürfen Wände nur bis zu einer Länge von 3,00 m als geschlossene, undurchsichtige Einheit aufgebaut sein. Danach muss eine Öffnung von mindestens 1 m Breite Einblick in den Stand ermöglichen. Alternativ können auch Vitrinen, Schaukästen oder ähnlich geeignete Präsentationsmittel für eine Produktausstellung eingebaut oder verwandt werden. Der Aussteller verpflichtet sich, den Plan für den Stand vor Vergabe der Arbeiten der Messe Offenbach zur Einsicht und Genehmigung vorzulegen und ihr die mit der Standgestaltung bzw. dem -aufbau beauftragten Firmen bekannt zu geben. Standbautechnische Hinweise Der Name bzw. die Firma und Anschrift des Ausstellers muss durch eine Standbeschriftung deutlich sichtbar gemacht werden. Jeder Aussteller ist verpflichtet, sich nach der Standzuteilung an Ort und Stelle über Lage und Maß etwaiger Einbauten wie z.B. Hallensäulen, Verlauf der Versorgungskanäle selbst zu informieren und gegebenenfalls den Standbauer zu unterrichten. Eine Überschreitung der Standbegrenzung ist nicht zulässig. Die maximale Standbauhöhe liegt bei 2,50 m. In Halle A2, B1, C1 und in den ATRIEN kann in Absprache und mit Genehmigung der Messegesellschaft höher gebaut werden. Standabdeckungen sind nur in durchbrochener Ausführung (Raster, Gitter, o.ä.) zulässig. Es muß mindestens zwei Drittel der Deckenfläche für den freien Luftdurchtritt offen bleiben. Stoffbespannungen sind nur mit entsprechender Zulassung (Zertifikat) für Sprinkleranlagen gestattet. Alle für den Aufbau und die Gestaltung verwendeten Materialien müssen schwer entflammbar sein. Elektrische Kaffeeautomaten dürfen nur auf einer Stein- Keramik- oder ähnlichen feuerfesten Unterlage betrieben werden. Auf dem Hallenfußboden dürfen Teppichbeläge oder andere Materialien nicht fest verklebt werden. Zur Befestigung von Belägen sind rückstandslose Klebe- bänder (z.B. Tesa-Fix 4964) zu verwenden. Klebebänder sind rückstandlos zu entfernen. Notwendige Nach-Reinigungsarbeiten gehen zu Lasten des Ausstellers. Technical Guidelines 09.-11.03.2013 2222222229.2010 Installation and dismantling of stands Construction days: Monday, 04 th to Thursday 07 th March 2013: from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. Friday 08 th March 2013: from, 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. Dismantling days: Monday 11 th March 2013: from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. Tuesday 12 th to Friday 15 th March 2013: from 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Stand Design Each stand must be designed to fit in the all-over picture of the I.L.M International Leather Goods Fair and so flexible constructed that mounting and dismantling is possible at any time. For all stand constructions a transparency of 30% has to be respected. Stand walls adjoining the aisles may be constructed of non-transparent material up to a length of 3 meters only. A transparent opening of at least 1 meter must then allow visitors to look into the stand. Displays- and show cases or similar suitable presentations equipment for the display of products may be integrated into the stand alternatively. The exhibitor engages to submit the plans for his stand to Messe Offenbach for approval and to inform Messe Offenbach about the names of companies which have been authorized to construct and design the stand. Guidelines for stand building A sign with the name of the company name and address of the exhibitor must be clearly visible at the stand. On receipt of confirmation of the allocation of stand space, each exhibitor is required personally to check, at the site, the position and size of any permanent fixtures such as pillars and supply lines and inform the constructor accordingly. The limits of the stand space may not be exceeded. The maximum height of the stand is 2.50 metres. With approval of Messe Offenbach the stands of hall A2, B1, C1 and ATRIUM may be constructed higher. Stand roofings are permitted in the form of open-work only (slats, lattic-work, etc.). A minimum of two-thirds of roof area must be open to allow free circulation of air. Fabric coverings are only permitted with corresponding admission (certificate) for sprinkler systems. All materials used in the construction and decoration of the stands must be flame-resistant. Electric coffee makers may only be used on top of a fire-proof pad of stone , ceramics, etc. Carpeting and other materials may not be stuck to the floor of the halls. To fix floor coverings only totally removable tapes have to be used (such as the doublesided adhesive tape Tesa-Fix 4964). Adhesive tapes must be removed without residues.
