registration sheets for preparing a smooth fair presence at the 

I.L.M Winter Styles March 9-11, 2013 (Saturday thru Monday). 

Please observe the deadlines noted on the cover sheet in order to enable us to 

comply with your wishes in due time.

We again want to animate you to invite your customers with an entry voucher to 

a free fair visit and to assimilate also customers to your invitation mailings whom 

you have not yet met in Offenbach, We thank you for your support in gathering 

new customers: vouchers issued by your company and cashed in by companies 

that so far have not been registered with us are without any charge for you! In 

the case of customers registered before the calculation is done in the well-known 

way (see our service kit, form no. 9). 

WORKERS’ PASSES FOR YOUR SET-UP TEAM 

The access to the exhibition grounds is only allowed on presentation of a valid 

exhibitor pass or workers’ passes. During the set-up and dismantling periods a 

check of the access legitimations can occur. Please make sure that your set-up 

team has been equipped with the corresponding work badges. These permits for 

the set-up staff and your personnel may be ordered free of charge with the 

corresponding form sheet in your service folder. 

PARKING FOR EXHIBITORS 

For exhibitors the PARKPLATZ NORDRING has again been reserved. Please note 

that exhibitor parking permits and the annual permits PLUS for exhibitors and 

sales agents are only valid for this particular parking area. Please keep the parking 

Mainufer free for fait visitors. As usual we offer a permanent shuttle service from 

and to the exhibitors’ parking. 

PACKING MATERIAL 

We urgently point out for a special reason to keep clear the fair stands from all 

packing material during the time of the fair as packing material increases the risk 

of fire. Therefore a storage at the stand or in other areas of the fair halls is 

absolutely prohibited according to the fire protection conditions. Please dispose of 

your packing material in the containers meant for it in the courtyard or take it 

along after setting up your stand. In future, this might even be checked more 

rigorously.

Die Messe Offenbach bietet Ausstellern der Ebene B, C und D, die sowohl an der I.L.M Winter Styles 

als auch an der I.L.M Summer Styles teilnehmen, die Möglichkeit, ihren Stand zwischen den beiden 

Messeterminen aufgebaut am Standplatz „zu parken“. 

Für diesen Service berechnet die Messe dem Aussteller einen Betrag von EUR 16,50 pro m² für die Zeit 

ab Abbauphase I.L.M Winter Styles 2013 bis Aufbauphase I.L.M Summer Styles 2013. 

Wichtig: Die Messe Offenbach haftet nicht für Schäden am Messegut und an der Standausrüstung

Standgestaltung 

Der Ausstellungsstand muss dem Gesamtbild der I.L.M - 

Internationale Lederwaren Messe angepasst und grundsätzlich 

jederzeit flexibel auf- und abbaubar sein. 

Bei allen Standkonzeptionen ist zu berücksichtigen, dass 

eine Durchsicht von rund 30% zu gewährleisten ist. An den 

Standgrenzen zu den Besuchergängen dürfen Wände nur 

bis zu einer Länge von 3,00 m als geschlossene, 

undurchsichtige Einheit aufgebaut sein. Danach muss eine 

Öffnung von mindestens 1 m Breite Einblick in den Stand 

ermöglichen. Alternativ können auch Vitrinen, Schaukästen 

oder ähnlich geeignete Präsentationsmittel für eine 

Produktausstellung eingebaut oder verwandt werden. 

Der Aussteller verpflichtet sich, den Plan für den Stand vor 

Vergabe der Arbeiten der Messe Offenbach zur Einsicht 

und Genehmigung vorzulegen und ihr die mit der 

Standgestaltung bzw. dem -aufbau beauftragten Firmen 

bekannt zu geben. 

Standbautechnische Hinweise 

Der Name bzw. die Firma und Anschrift des Ausstellers 

muss durch eine Standbeschriftung deutlich sichtbar 

gemacht werden. 

Jeder Aussteller ist verpflichtet, sich nach der 

Standzuteilung an Ort und Stelle über Lage und Maß 

etwaiger Einbauten wie z.B. Hallensäulen, Verlauf der 

Versorgungskanäle selbst zu informieren und 

gegebenenfalls den Standbauer zu unterrichten. 

Eine Überschreitung der Standbegrenzung ist nicht 

zulässig. 

Die maximale Standbauhöhe liegt bei 2,50 m. In Halle 

A2, B1, C1 und in den ATRIEN kann in Absprache und 

mit Genehmigung der Messegesellschaft höher gebaut 

werden. 

Standabdeckungen sind nur in durchbrochener 

Ausführung (Raster, Gitter, o.ä.) zulässig. Es muß 

mindestens zwei Drittel der Deckenfläche für den freien 

Luftdurchtritt offen bleiben. 

Stoffbespannungen sind nur mit entsprechender 

Zulassung (Zertifikat) für Sprinkleranlagen gestattet. 

Alle für den Aufbau und die Gestaltung verwendeten 

Materialien müssen schwer entflammbar sein. 

Elektrische Kaffeeautomaten dürfen nur auf einer Stein- 

Keramik- oder ähnlichen feuerfesten Unterlage 

betrieben werden. 

Auf dem Hallenfußboden dürfen Teppichbeläge oder 

andere Materialien nicht fest verklebt werden. Zur 

Befestigung von Belägen sind rückstandslose Klebe- 

bänder (z.B. Tesa-Fix 4964) zu verwenden. 

Klebebänder sind rückstandlos zu entfernen. 

Notwendige Nach-Reinigungsarbeiten gehen zu Lasten 

des Ausstellers.

Installation and dismantling of stands 

Construction days: 

Monday, 04 th to Thursday 07 th March 2013: 

from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. 

Friday 08 th March 2013: from, 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. 

Dismantling days: 

Monday 11 th March 2013: from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. 

Tuesday 12 th to Friday 15 th March 2013: 

from 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. 

Stand Design 

Each stand must be designed to fit in the all-over picture of 

the I.L.M International Leather Goods Fair and so flexible 

constructed that mounting and dismantling is possible at 

any time. 

For all stand constructions a transparency of 30% has to 

be respected. Stand walls adjoining the aisles may be 

constructed of non-transparent material up to a length of 3 

meters only. A transparent opening of at least 1 meter 

must then allow visitors to look into the stand. Displays- 

and show cases or similar suitable presentations equipment 

for the display of products may be integrated into the stand 

alternatively. 

The exhibitor engages to submit the plans for his stand to 

Messe Offenbach for approval and to inform Messe 

Offenbach about the names of companies which have been 

authorized to construct and design the stand. 

Guidelines for stand building 

A sign with the name of the company name and 

address of the exhibitor must be clearly visible at the 

stand. 

On receipt of confirmation of the allocation of stand 

space, each exhibitor is required personally to check, at 

the site, the position and size of any permanent fixtures 

such as pillars and supply lines and inform the 

constructor accordingly. 

The limits of the stand space may not be exceeded. 

The maximum height of the stand is 2.50 metres. With 

approval of Messe Offenbach the stands of hall A2, B1, 

C1 and ATRIUM may be constructed higher. 

Stand roofings are permitted in the form of open-work 

only (slats, lattic-work, etc.). A minimum of two-thirds 

of roof area must be open to allow free circulation of 

air. 

Fabric coverings are only permitted with corresponding 

admission (certificate) for sprinkler systems. 

All materials used in the construction and decoration of 

the stands must be flame-resistant. 

Electric coffee makers may only be used on top of a 

fire-proof pad of stone , ceramics, etc. 

Carpeting and other materials may not be stuck to the 

floor of the halls. To fix floor coverings only totally 

removable tapes have to be used (such as the doublesided 

adhesive tape Tesa-Fix 4964). Adhesive tapes 

must be removed without residues. 

The exhibitor will be charged with the costs for 

possible needed cleaning.

Es ist nicht gestattet, an den abgehängten Klimabaffeln 

oder Rasterdecken Strahler oder andere Gegenstände 

zu befestigen. 

WICHTIG: Für das Anbringen von Strahlern u.ä. oberhalb 

der Standwände steht in den Hallen A1, A2, A3, A4, 

B1, B2, C1 und C2 ein U-Rohr-Gestänge zur Verfügung, 

das in diesen Hallenbereichen ausschließlich zu nutzen 

ist. Die Belastbarkeit liegt bei 35kg pro lfdm – passende 

Verbindungsschrauben sind im Messebüro erhältlich. 

An den Ausstellungsständen dürfen keine 

Druckgasbehälter gelagert werden. 

Verpackungsmaterial ist vor Messebeginn vom Stand 

zu entfernen. Eine Lagerung im Messegelände ist feuerpolizeilich 

untersagt. 

Stromversorgung 

Eine Verteilung mit 3 Schuko-Steckdosen (bis max. 

3kW/230V) ist messeseits gestellt. Weitere Anschlüsse 

können über das der Service-Mappe beiliegende 

Formular bestellt werden. 

Außerdem ist an jedem Stand eine Sondersteckdose 

angebracht (Ausnahme: Halle 4), die nur für den Betrieb 

von Kühlschränken genutzt werden darf. 

Die gesamte Hallen- und Standbeleuchtung wird aus 

Sicherheitsgründen während der Veranstaltungstage 

um 20.00 Uhr ausgeschaltet. Eingeschaltet wird um 

8.00 Uhr. Die Kühlschränke haben einen eigenen 

Stromkreis und sind von der Nachtabschaltung nicht 

betroffen. 

Zusätzliche Elektroinstallationen in den Ständen dürfen 

nur von einem Fachbetrieb durchgeführt werden. Eine 

Abnahmebestätigung ist der Messe Offenbach zwecks 

Vorlage bei der Feuerwehr und Bauaufsicht zu 

übergeben. 

Wasseranschluss / Sanitärinstallation 

Bei einem Großteil der Messestände besteht die 

Möglichkeit, einen Wasseranschluss zu installieren. Der 

Wasseranschluss und die Montage von Spülen, 

Wasserbecken etc. dürfen nur von zugelassenen 

Installateuren der Messe Offenbach vorgenommen 

werden. 

Mit der in der Preisliste aufgeführten Energiekostenpauschale 

sind die Anschlusseinrichtungen für im 

Standbereich vorhandene Stromanschlüsse sowie der 

Energieverbrauch (Strom/Wasser) abgedeckt. Das Legen 

und Prüfen von Wasseranschlüssen und zusätzlichen 

Stromanschlüssen wird nach Aufwand gesondert 

berechnet. 

Im übrigen verweisen wir auf die Allgemeinen Ausstellungsbedingungen 

der I.L.M Internationale Lederwaren Messe. 

Für weitere Auskünfte stehen wir selbstverständlich gern 

zur Verfügung.

Light beams or other objects may not be fixed on the 

ceiling installations. 

IMPORTANT: For attaching spotlights and the like 

above the booth walls an U-tube pipe-system is 

available in the halls A1, A2, A3, A4, B1, B2, C1 and 

C2 that needs to be used exclusively in the 

mentioned hall areas. The capacity is at 35 kg per 

running metre – the suitable connecting bolts are 

available at the Fair office. 

No compressed gas tanks may be stores on the 

exhibitions stands. 

Packaging materials have to be removed from the stand 

before the fair begins. Storage on the fairground is 

prohibited according to fire prevention regulations. 

Power supply 

A distributor with 3 safety sockets (A.C.) is provided 

by the Fair. Load per socket 1.8 kW. For additional 

connections please use the enclosed order form of the 

service kit. 

Each stand (except in Hall 4) is also equipped with a 

special socket to be used for refrigerators only. 

For safety reasons, for the duration of the event, all 

hall and stand lighting will be switched off at 8 p.m. It 

will be switched on in the morning at 8 a.m. 

Refrigerators have their own circuit and are not 

affected when the electricity is switched off at night. 

Additional electrical installations in the stands may only 

be carried out by a specialised firm. A certificate is to 

be given to Messe Offenbach for presentation to the 

fire department and building inspectors. 

Water connection / Plumbing facilities 

It is possible to provide a water connection for many of 

the Fair stands. The water connection and installation 

of sink, wash basin, etc. may only be carried out by 

authorised plumbers of Messe Offenbach. 

The flat rate for energy in the price list covers electricity 

services for existing connections in the stand area as well 

as energy/water consumption. The installation and 

checking of water connections as well as additional 

electricity connections are charged separately according to 

expenditure.

Rates and dates 

Rates for entries in the official fair catalogue are quoted on the order forms. All 

prices are exclusive current TVA. Should an exhibitor fail to submit text in time, 

the general entry will be included based on the information available to the fair 

organizers and without liability for Messe Offenbach. Company logos will be 

printed only in the Company Logo Index. 

Proofs 

The standard order forms must be used for entries in the fair catalogue. Proofs 

will not be sent out. 

Acceptance of orders and guarantee 

Firms that are not exhibitors at the International Leather Goods Fairs are excluded 

from publication in the official fair catalogue (exceptions are companies 

from non-related sectors). Messe Offenbach reserves the right to take deci - 

sions in this connection. 

When placing an order, any oral agreements must be noted on the order form, 

but shall not become legally binding until confirmed expressly by the pub lisher.

Messe Offenbach the publisher reserves the right to accept or reject orders.

Should entries not be published by accident, or if it is partially or totally illegible,

other errors, the orderer shall be entitled to reasonable compensation by way 

of a reduction in price to the extent that the aim of the entries has been detrimentally 

affected. Any liability for damage is restricted to foreseeable damage

Payment 

Payment is due net cash immediately after publication of the catalogue and 

presentation of invoice. 

Interruptions as the result of force majeure, strikes, lockouts or other operating 

disruptions shall release the contractor from fulfilment of services to the 

extent of the hindrance. Place of jurisdiction and sole place of fulfilment for all 

orders, irrespective of the amount involved, shall be Offenbach Local Court.

The shows EXPRESSIVE and IMPRESSIVE are two equivalent shows which will run rotatingly – each show 

once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Thus the trade visitor gets the opportunity to grasp a 

thorough impression of the range of the new season trends throughout the day. 

Subsequent to our application we will receive more detailed information about the show’s fashion 

themes. The classification of the collections is effected by the trend topics and the statement of the 

individual product lines. 

We are informed that Messe Offenbach reserves the right to decide the number and selection of

als auch an der I.L.M Summer Styles teilnehmen, die Möglichkeit, ihren Stand zwischen den beiden 

Messeterminen aufgebaut am Standplatz „zu parken“. 

Für diesen Service berechnet die Messe dem Aussteller einen Betrag von EUR 16,50 pro m² für die Zeit 

ab Abbauphase I.L.M Winter Styles 2013 bis Aufbauphase I.L.M Summer Styles 2013. 

Wichtig: Die Messe Offenbach haftet nicht für Schäden am Messegut und an der Standausrüstung

Wenn Sie musikalische Untermalung am Messestand planen beachten Sie bitte, dass in aller Regel 

Gebühren an die GEMA abzuführen sind. 

Die GEMA - Gesellschaft für musikalische Aufführungs- und mechanische Vervielfältigungsrechte ist 

eine Verwertungsgesellschaft, die in Deutschland (Hauptsitz Berlin und München) die Aufführungs- 

und Vervielfältigungsrechte von denjenigen Komponisten, Textdichtern und Verlegern von 

Musikwerken vertritt, die in ihr Mitglied sind. 

Für die öffentliche Aufführung - in diesem Fall das Abspielen von Tonträgern oder Auftritte mit Live- 

Musik auf Messen, Ausstellungen oder sonstigen Events - von urheberrechtlich geschützten 

musikalischen Werken aus dem so genannten „Weltrepertoire“ der GEMA müssen Lizenzvergütungen

If your fair booth shall be supplied with background music it is to be considered that normally fees 

have to be paid to GEMA. 

GEMA – Society for musical performing and mechanical reproduction rights – is a collecting society 

representing inside Germany (headquarter Berlin and Munich) the musical performing and 

reproduction rights of those composers, songwriters, and publishers of musical works who are 

members of the society. 

For a public performance – in this case the playing of sound carriers or performances with live music 

at fairs, exhibitions or other events – of musical works that are protected by copyright and that 

belong to the so-called “world repertoire” of GEMA licence fees must be paid to GEMA. Please look 

up the tariffs in the enclosure. Annexed is also the current questionnaire to apply for a musical 

performance.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass Ihnen zum Be- und Entladen an den Auf- und Abbautagen folgende Ladezonen am 

Messegelände zur Verfügung stehen: 

Ladezone 1: vor Abschnitt 1, Anfahrt über Messehof, Einfahrt Goethestraße: 

(Zugang zum Lastenaufzug) - empfohlen für Aussteller in Ebene A1, B1 und C1 

Ladezone 2: Messehof, Einfahrt Goethestraße (Zugang zu Rolltor A2 und 

Lastenaufzug Querbau) - empfohlen für Aussteller in den Ebenen A2, B2, C2 und D2) 

Ladezone 3: Bettinastraße (Zugang zu Rolltor A3 und Lastenaufzüge B3 und B4, 

C4 und D4) - empfohlen für Aussteller mit Ständen in A3 und A4, B3 und B4, C4 und D4. 

In allen Ladezonen ist die Ladezeit für PKW’s auf 30 Minuten, für Kleintransporter auf 60 Minuten und 

für LKW’s auf 90 Minuten pro Fahrzeug beschränkt. 

Wir bitten um Verständnis dafür, dass wir uns im Interesse eines reibungslosen Ladeverkehrs leider 

gezwungen sehen, Fahrzeuge, die über die zugelassene Verweildauer hinaus in den Ladezonen parken, 

nach einer angemessenen Frist für den Halter kostenpflichtig entfernen lassen. 

Bitte beachten Sie deshalb unbedingt die Anweisungen des Wachpersonals und mögliche 

Lautsprecherdurchsagen. Vielen Dank.

for Approach/Departure regulation during the construction-/dismantling days 

(to be passed to the stand construction- and transportation department) 

Please note that the following loading zones at the fair ground can be used for loading and unloading 

vehicles during construction-/dismantling-days: 

Loading zone 1: Drive-up through fair yard, entrance Goethestrasse (access to freight 

elevator) - recommended for exhibitors with stand in A1,B1 and C1. 

Loading zone 2: Fair Yard - Entrance Goethestrasse (access to freight elevator travers 

building) - recommended for exhibitors with stand in A2, B2, C2 and D2. 

Loading zone 3: Bettinastrasse (access to ROLLTOR A3 and freight elevators B3 and B4, 

C4 and D4 ) - recommended for exhibitors with stands in A3and A4, B3 and B4, C4 and D4. 

All loading zones have a time limit for cars up to 30 minutes, for vans up to 60 minutes and for trucks 

up to 90 minutes. 

Please understand that for the sake of a smooth loading traffic we are forced to remove vehicles from 

the loading zones after a certain period, if the time limit is exceeded. The owner of the vehicle will 

then be charged with the costs of towing. 

Therefore please obey the instructions of the security personnel and possible loudspeaker 

announcements. Thank you.
