Es ist nicht gestattet, an den abgehängten Klimabaffeln
oder Rasterdecken Strahler oder andere Gegenstände
zu befestigen.
WICHTIG: Für das Anbringen von Strahlern u.ä. oberhalb
der Standwände steht in den Hallen A1, A2, A3, A4,
B1, B2, C1 und C2 ein U-Rohr-Gestänge zur Verfügung,
das in diesen Hallenbereichen ausschließlich zu nutzen
ist. Die Belastbarkeit liegt bei 35kg pro lfdm – passende
Verbindungsschrauben sind im Messebüro erhältlich.
An den Ausstellungsständen dürfen keine
Druckgasbehälter gelagert werden.
Verpackungsmaterial ist vor Messebeginn vom Stand
zu entfernen. Eine Lagerung im Messegelände ist feuerpolizeilich
untersagt.
Stromversorgung
Eine Verteilung mit 3 Schuko-Steckdosen (bis max.
3kW/230V) ist messeseits gestellt. Weitere Anschlüsse
können über das der Service-Mappe beiliegende
Formular bestellt werden.
Außerdem ist an jedem Stand eine Sondersteckdose
angebracht (Ausnahme: Halle 4), die nur für den Betrieb
von Kühlschränken genutzt werden darf.
Die gesamte Hallen- und Standbeleuchtung wird aus
Sicherheitsgründen während der Veranstaltungstage
um 20.00 Uhr ausgeschaltet. Eingeschaltet wird um
8.00 Uhr. Die Kühlschränke haben einen eigenen
Stromkreis und sind von der Nachtabschaltung nicht
betroffen.
Zusätzliche Elektroinstallationen in den Ständen dürfen
nur von einem Fachbetrieb durchgeführt werden. Eine
Abnahmebestätigung ist der Messe Offenbach zwecks
Vorlage bei der Feuerwehr und Bauaufsicht zu
übergeben.
Wasseranschluss / Sanitärinstallation
Bei einem Großteil der Messestände besteht die
Möglichkeit, einen Wasseranschluss zu installieren. Der
Wasseranschluss und die Montage von Spülen,
Wasserbecken etc. dürfen nur von zugelassenen
Installateuren der Messe Offenbach vorgenommen
werden.
Mit der in der Preisliste aufgeführten Energiekostenpauschale
sind die Anschlusseinrichtungen für im
Standbereich vorhandene Stromanschlüsse sowie der
Energieverbrauch (Strom/Wasser) abgedeckt. Das Legen
und Prüfen von Wasseranschlüssen und zusätzlichen
Stromanschlüssen wird nach Aufwand gesondert
berechnet.

Light beams or other objects may not be fixed on the
ceiling installations.
IMPORTANT: For attaching spotlights and the like
above the booth walls an U-tube pipe-system is
available in the halls A1, A2, A3, A4, B1, B2, C1 and
C2 that needs to be used exclusively in the
mentioned hall areas. The capacity is at 35 kg per
running metre – the suitable connecting bolts are
available at the Fair office.
No compressed gas tanks may be stores on the
exhibitions stands.
Packaging materials have to be removed from the stand
before the fair begins. Storage on the fairground is
prohibited according to fire prevention regulations.
Power supply
A distributor with 3 safety sockets (A.C.) is provided
by the Fair. Load per socket 1.8 kW. For additional
connections please use the enclosed order form of the
service kit.
Each stand (except in Hall 4) is also equipped with a
special socket to be used for refrigerators only.
For safety reasons, for the duration of the event, all
hall and stand lighting will be switched off at 8 p.m. It
will be switched on in the morning at 8 a.m.
Refrigerators have their own circuit and are not
affected when the electricity is switched off at night.
Additional electrical installations in the stands may only
be carried out by a specialised firm. A certificate is to
be given to Messe Offenbach for presentation to the
fire department and building inspectors.
Water connection / Plumbing facilities
It is possible to provide a water connection for many of
the Fair stands. The water connection and installation
of sink, wash basin, etc. may only be carried out by
authorised plumbers of Messe Offenbach.
The flat rate for energy in the price list covers electricity
services for existing connections in the stand area as well
as energy/water consumption. The installation and
checking of water connections as well as additional
electricity connections are charged separately according to
expenditure.
